Review Summary
I have been using Jitterbit (Cloud Harmony platform) for the past 3 years at MHPI/Watkins Wellness. We use Jitterbit as middleware for integration between Salesforce and our ERP system.
There are many things I like about it:
1. The mapping visualization between Salesforce fields and the ERP system is very helpful.
2. The UI is simple and straightforward.
3. We use the email functionality, whenever record creation fails, we receive email notifications with failure details.
3. Data transportation and transformation into Salesforce work very well.
4. The separate connection tab is very useful.
5. The overall system performance is very good.
6. It has the capability to handle additional logic using JavaScript.
7. Exception handling is good at the UI level; Jitterbit provides detailed error information on failure.
8. Regarding pricing, I am not sure about the exact cost, but I have heard that the business is happy with it.
9. The support is very quick and responsive. We once faced a data transportation issue, raised a ticket, and received a response within 15 minutes. A meeting was arranged, and the issue was resolved promptly.
10. Jitterbit (Harmony platform) we noticed it follows a multi-layered security approach to protect data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this point, we do not have any negative feedback. The application is easy to use, user friendly, and offers quick support, so we do not have any concerns or dislikes as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jitterbit stands out for its exceptional flexibility and user-friendly interface. It enables our team to rapidly design, deploy, and manage complex integrations with minimal resource overhead and maximum operational efficiency. The platform strikes a strong balance between ease of use and enterprise-grade capabilities, enabling us to streamline data flows, accelerate project timelines, and maintain full control over our integration architecture. It's easy to use and implement. Customer support is also very good. We use jitterbit very frequently for our integration needs, which makes complex integration use cases also easy. The web interface can be sluggish, particularly when managing larger or more complex projects, which may impact productivity during high-demand development cycles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jitterbit stands out for its ease of use and its "low code" aspect, thus democratizing software integration within the company. By centralizing our data exchanges, the solution optimizes the orchestration of our application ecosystem. The visual approach to configuration provides real added value in terms of clarity. We also highlight the quality of the initial installation, carried out swiftly and supported by a very present technical support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Error messages, identify precisely which line or data node caused the failure in a complex flow can take time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the application’s flexibility and the many systems it can connect to seamlessly. It’s also pretty easy to implement, which makes getting started straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I feel that the how-to articles aren’t always straightforward or clear. Since moving to the Cloud, it also feels like it takes about twice as long to implement a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use the Jitterbit desktop app for data work and find it quite intuitive once you're familiar with the UI. When creating a new data job via the desktop app, I appreciate being presented with a number of options like query, upsert, insert, update, and delete, and the subsequent steps to configure the job are fairly easy to follow. I'd like to understand more about using the cloud/SaaS version of Jitterbit Harmony for managing these data jobs, as that would enable us to decommission some on premises tech which we currently rely on for running the desktop version of Jitterbit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like Jitterbit for its ability to integrate with different platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite, providing real-time data synchronization. I appreciate that it requires less code and is easy to manage. The mapping field feature is straightforward, making the integration process smoother. Using the sandbox for testing environment changes is helpful. Jitterbit also works well with ServiceMax, which we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not quite easy because we don't have a developer team internally; we worked with the Jitterbit development team to build it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once it’s set up, it just runs. Your CTX files, finance feeds, and stock/sales movements tend to move consistently without constant intervention. That stability is gold in a retail environment where missed data = operational pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Limited visibility into failures, slow support response Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Integrations have worked well. However it would be beneficial if the technician spent additional time learning our system thoroughly overall. There should be documentation on issues that have occurred so we do not repeat the same mistakes. The pricing is fair and the company has collaborated with us. The product has performed reliably for us for the most part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The native integrations with Salesforce, the Workday connector and the company’s customer support. It allows for a quick uptake for functional users but still allows for all of the functionality a developer needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes deploying a parent operation deploys the changes in a linked or child operation and sometimes it doesn't. Can sometimes trip you up if you assume something is deployed but it isn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
