What do you like best about Jimo?

As a Head of Product, what impressed me most about Jimo is how easy it was to implement and start using right away. The UX is clean, intuitive, and efficient. Their team provides outstanding support, with a high level of professionalism throughout onboarding and adoption. What do you like best about Jimo?

I love that Jimo makes our product and marketing teams more independent, giving them the agency to drive impact effectively. Jimo allows us to transform our product into a communication channel; whenever we launch new features, we can communicate inside our product in a relevant context, helping users understand the value quickly. Additionally, I enjoy how we can improve and iterate the onboarding experience rapidly. Jimo's analytics tools are also very helpful in tracking how our changes influence user behavior. What do you dislike about Jimo?

Targeting elements when using Tailwind CSS can be a bit tricky; if this is done wrong, experiences don't show up or get blocked. More guidance is needed when an element is selected; the UI is not doing a good enough job yet, although support usually can guide which identifiers to include or exclude.
