I appreciate the simplicity in using Jimo – without any training, different users can create entire modals or surveys. I particularly like the precise targeting of users. Jimo allows us to specifically run campaigns in various countries and thus reach exactly the users we want to reach. These functionalities make Jimo very valuable for us and comparable to a Meta Business Manager, but tailored to our tool. It is particularly noteworthy that Jimo can be used for various use cases and, with a bit of creativity, can become a competitive advantage in our own application. Additionally, the pricing is attractive, as Jimo offers many more possibilities for the same price than our previous tool. The CSV export for surveys cannot handle special characters, which means I have to clean up the CSV file afterwards. Special characters like ö, ä, ü, or similar are displayed incorrectly, e.g., &%?.
