The ability to get to the bottom line numbers quickly and clearly makes this a standout product. On top of this, the support team are excellent and are always there to help when needed. If you're not using this reporting tool within your recruitment company you need to get on board. This is great for small an established recruitment companies. **What do you dislike about cube19?** One negative is that sometimes I can spend hours cutting and slicing the data. Real-time updates keep the information current, giving us time to react to both unexpected shortfalls and previously unrecognised market opportunities. Managers having the functionality to update their own team's KPIs whenever needed keeps targets relevant and achievable no matter what else is affecting working practices. The inclusion of Priority Dials can change the focus of a team and a company within the space of a few clicks. Complete workload visibility gives us the flexibility to work in teams without being in the same room, office, or even Country - especially useful in recent times. Since implementing Cube we have completely reinvented our Management reporting. Partner and Board reports are far easier to read and interpret without the need to spend hours entering information into spreadsheets to produce charts and tables. The function to save and re-run Trend Charts and Slice and Dice has become an integral part of not only our Senior Management team reporting but also our Divisional and Sub-Team planning. Client set reporting also allows us to improve our Account Management services. Having the knowledge to hand during Client Meetings is invaluable. Cube 19 Support is there for technical queries whenever needed, but there's always someone willing to look into making a new metric available when required. **What do you dislike about cube19?** I'd like to see the Slice and Dice and Trend Charts downloadable in their current format. Slice and Dice downloads don't look as effective in Excel. **What problems is cube19 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Management reports and external documents can be created in a fraction of the time they used to take to produce. This has a direct impact on the business, especially the Senior Management Team and support services. This has allowed us to scale the company at a rate that may not have been possible had we not implemented Cube19. ### 5. These are customizable and can be set to a variety of ranges. This leads me to the Slice and Dice function which allows you to get even more granular with metrics while presenting the data in a variety of forms. My favorite view is the table showing all metrics with heat mapping options for higher KPI's across the board comparing all members of the team at a glance. **What do you dislike about cube19?** At this point, the only thing I would add is more color functionality to the dials. Having a 4th color (i.e. Blue) to show metrics that are above and beyond the level of standards set by the company allows for a strong visual. Having the color Green set for the highest level plays a bit of a phycological game of "having reached the goal," but by adding Blue, it gives those overachievers yet another milestone to go after. **What problems is cube19 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cube allows us to be more effective with our time and cycle through all candidates in play and all jobs on our boards in a streamline manner. ### 6. We use it to show KPIs across the business providing Leaderboards on CubeTV in the office, but "behind the scenes" we also use it to spot client opportunities either under- or over-worked. **What do you dislike about cube19?** Small thing - it would be great if on the Forecast graphs we could have a line showing where today is! Is it day 278? I don't know! Also in the age of WFH, would love to have CubeTV available to all to pop onto their second screens a couple of times a week. **What problems is cube19 solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is no excuse for not knowing how your week / month / year is going. But in short, it gives us transparency, centralised reporting (No more clunky manual CSV reports exported from our CRM), much greater reporting depth than bullhorn, enables us to identify areas of improvement with our work force and provides real time information and reporting. It is very easy to select which day, month, week you would like to view which makes comparing very easy. The options for extra tabs and tools are endless, we are always adding in new ways to track certain numbers. Being able to view stats as a whole company and as an individual. Fits right into bullhorn, so everything is on one browser page. The leader board tab, easy to see where you are against other people in the business. Trend chart is also very helpful to pin point where we have ups and downs. **What do you dislike about cube19?** The "CHOOSE A CUSTOM DATE RANGE" could be easier to use when you are trying to get a past year up. Being able to track my progress against previous performance and my own team is a really useful tool to help me manage my own work load. This allows me to be fully responsible for my own achievements and more freedom to conduct my work in way that is most suitable for me, without needing unnecessary interventions. I am able to instantly access a years worth of client information in clear formats to maintain contact with all of my key companies **What do you dislike about cube19?** Sometimes it is a little slow with large data- but I do not view this as a negative- it is minor inconvenience. It would be good to archive previous employees CUBE19 to be able to track their data for sales purposes- i.e. buying clients. It would also be really useful to have a 12+ month plus category! **What problems is cube19 solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me maintain core target coverage with my existing clients by offering instant data for specific requirements- nothing gets lost or falls through the cracks! It is easy to track an individual's targets and keep an eye on their activity. Everyone in the business has access to it and can use it day to day to monitor their own performance. But it's a rare issue and can be sorted fairly easily.
