"with crystal-clear video and zero lag from start to finish."
What do you like best about JetWebinar?

What I like best about JetVideo Technologies is its ability to deliver high-quality, low-latency video even with large audiences, all while keeping the platform simple and secure.

It is generally easy to implement, with a straightforward setup process and user-friendly interface that allows teams to get started quickly without heavy technical support. And is used frequently by teams for webinars and virtual meetings due to its reliability and quality. It integrates easily with tools like Google Workspace and calendars, making it convenient to fit into existing workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JetWebinar?

he least helpful aspect of JetVideo Technologies is its customer support—users often report slow response times and unresolved technical issues, which can be frustrating during urgent situations.

Downsides of JetVideo Technologies include occasional connectivity issues, slow customer support, high pricing, a less intuitive interface, and limited customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential Tool for Virtual Sales Demos"
What do you like best about JetWebinar?

I like how stable and sales-focused JetWebinar is, making it really effective for our sales team's daily client demos and prospecting. The live webinar reliability is strong; we rarely have drops, lag, or audio issues, which is critical during high-stakes product demos. I also appreciate the attendee engagement tools like live Q&A, polls, and hand raising; they let our sales reps interact with prospects naturally and spot high-interest leads right away. The built-in registration, reminder, and post-webinar follow-up tools are another big plus. They’re simple to set up and help our sales team automate a lot of the manual work, so we can focus on selling instead of logistics. Everything feels designed for converting viewers into leads, not just hosting meetings. The initial setup of JetWebinar was surprisingly straightforward and quick, even for our sales team members who aren’t very technical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JetWebinar?

The main one is that some advanced customization options for registration pages and email reminders are a bit limited. We can't fully match our corporate design as easily as we'd like, which slightly weakens our brand consistency for client-facing events. We've also found that integrations with our CRM and marketing tools aren't as automatic or deep as some competing platforms. Attendee data and lead information often require manual exports or extra setup to sync properly, which adds small but repetitive work for our sales team. One other area that could be better is the speed of loading and switching between presentation materials during live sales demos. When our reps need to flip quickly between slides, product videos, and shared screens, there's sometimes a small delay that can disrupt the flow of the conversation with prospects.
