This increased the customer experience. It was also very easy to change zoom links when zoom had a meeting issue. We were able to update the link without the customer ever knowing that anything went wrong. **What do you dislike about Jelly URL?** No complaints at this time. The developers are great at implementing new feature ideas. Haven't had any bugs or issues at all. **Recommendations to others considering Jelly URL:** Definitely consider JellyURL. Sign up for a trial and see what you think. I find it way easier to use than any other link shortener, plus it has features I couldn't find anywhere else. The team is great to work with and created a great experience. We will definitely keep using JellyURL **What problems is Jelly URL solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we hosted webinars with multiple sessions, participants often joined the wrong session by accident. With JellyURL's link scheduling capability, we were able to direct every link to the current session, improving the customer experience. When we accidentally sent the wrong link, it wasn't a problem because we could just change where the link redirected. The customer never even knew there was an issue. ### 2. Its super easy interface and ability to change redirection of pre-generated shortened URL sets it class apart from peers in the industry. **What do you dislike about Jelly URL?** There is nothing to dislike. A few hiccups, in the beginning, were handled amazingly by their customer service team. The initial trial gave us the perfect view of Jelly URL. **What problems is Jelly URL solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are very easily able to redirect the users to another landing page with the same link, which our customers have been really liking about that they don't need to juggle between the links. ### 3. We do services with our church, and have links to those Live services on our website and in other apps. Prior to Jelly, I would have to go in and change those links prior to each service to point to the correct link. With Jelly, I set up my service, and change my link in Jelly, and all of my website links and other apps point to the new URL automatically. With the help of Jelly URL, we can schedule changes to the destination URL. With the rich features loaded, we can definitely call this a perfect link shortener except for the pricing, which is a bit higher but justifiable for the features it has to offer. **What do you dislike about Jelly URL?** I couldn't find anything to dislike about the software. **What problems is Jelly URL solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had to previously manually change the URL each time which was pretty hectic and comparatively less efficient. But now, with the help of this software, we automate the changes to the destination URL, which is pretty much convenient for everyone. ### 7. We can easily schedule the link that designates to a landing page before the event starts, and schedule it to switch at a later point of time when other event is set to start - and all with the same link.
