"JDMS helps streamline and engage leadership"

What do you like best about JDMS by HRIZONS?

JDMS not only puts everything in one spot which is extremely helpful but it also allows for reporting. It helped us be able to sort and filter through our job descriptions in a variety of ways depending on what it was we were looking for. This is extremely useful being in healthcare due to all the regulations particular positions have. The ability to have workflows where the other individuals in the organization can easily be a part of the process is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JDMS by HRIZONS?

Honestly there isn't much to dislike and anything that we have come across quickly gets put into their roadmap for future enhancements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is JDMS by HRIZONS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our job descriptions were in a bad place before we implemented JDMS. JDMS has helped us organize them, streamline the creation and update process greatly and helped engage our leaders to make sure their areas job descriptions are consistently updated and correct. JDMS has helped us (HR) be able to quickly see how many jobs require particular things, what jobs we may have that are missing job descriptions, keeping consistency of requirements. One of our biggest previous issues was many jobs would require the same things such as a High School Diploma but it was written ten different ways. JDMS allowed us to stop that from occurring and make it a list where you select from a list of options instead of free type. This makes reporting a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering JDMS by HRIZONS:

We highly recommend JDMS to anyone! Our users do nothing but tell us how much they love the system. I love it as well from an administrator side! Everything is so easy to use. If we ever do have any problems Horizons is there to help fix it ASAP and they are very responsive. I think we enjoy the most that Horizons actually takes the times to listen to our suggestions and then a couple months later one of our suggestions is on their roadmap as a system update to implement. What problems is JDMS by HRIZONS solving and how is that benefiting you?

With JDMS it really allowed us to give a process to job descriptions, before JDMS we had no process for updating job descriptions or creating new job descriptions. It also gives our users (our managers) more freedom to make changes on their own instead of having to wait for someone to get back to them on whether the changes have been done or not when we had no process.
