Jay is an AI sales assistant that takes care of CRM, follow-ups, and admin work for sales teams. Sales reps simply speak or send a message on WhatsApp after a meeting, and Jay automatically updates the CRM, creates tasks, logs activities, and schedules follow-ups. Jay works on top of existing CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive — it doesn’t replace them, it operates them. **What do you like best about Jay assistant?**

it's simplicity of use and efficiency. Makes me safe hours of work, especially when I'm driving because of the voice over app.

**What do you dislike about Jay assistant?**

some bugs but the backup team is very helpful and usually correct them within the hour

**What problems is Jay assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a real estate company I need to manage many potential customer. If even one is forgotten that might directly impact my yearly incomes thus the need to carefully manage my CRM.
Jay literally plays it's role as assistant and help me keeping my CRM up-to-date
