**What do you like best about Javelo?**

It's beneficial for creating a solid base for the team; it provides the platform to structure the HR process. It gives the proper performance check of the group.

**What do you dislike about Javelo?**

I like javelo and did not find anything that I don't like.

**What problems is Javelo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to improve the performance of the team; very helpful for HR for setting the Appraisal process
