BtoB prospecting has changed and will still be changing. Our sales team will need to change the way they are acting. If not, our companies are at risk as prospects will make their choice without having to contact us. For all these reasons Jabmo is a great asset!

We were very new to ABM, so we needed a partner that kept things easy to understand and implement, yet deliver sophisticated results. We were up and running ahead of schedule and in the first month are starting to see some meaningful data.

Nothing to dislike. As we are learning the system and the data we have to request changes to the dashboard. Those are going to take a little time, but wouldn't it be nice if they were instantaneous? That's as close as I can come to having something I dislike LOL

We can see who is already engaging with our website and therefore ready to talk about what we have to offer. Equally important, we see companies engaging that we didn't expect to see, giving us new directions to explore.

When we started our ABM journey Jabmo were great in helping us get set up and introduce us to the world of ABM and how to interpret the data we got from our target account list. We used Jabmo for many years and it was great to see the evolution of their products and services.

As we developed our ABM strategy we required more strategic tools and support to allow us to create the impact for an end to end experience. Website personalisation was a big priority for us and we never managed to get this rolled out effectively.

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to get Infront of our top tier target accounts and by using Jabmos IP advertising feature we were able to get Infront of our accounts without wasting ad spend. We were also able to track the engagement of those accounts which we didn't have visibility of before.

**What do you like best about Jabmo?**

The personalized support is wonderful.  The team we work with is very receptive to our feedback and change requests to optimize our ABM in a very niche market.  We've found them to be much better equipped to handle a wide variety of geographies and very quick to turnaround ad designs.

They're growing so fast.  As soon as my team develops a good rapport with our current Jabmo contacts they bring on someone new for us to work with and expand the knowledge and experience that we can rely on.

Keep an open mind and be ready to listen to the advice they offer when targeting your customer group.

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, it's getting around the procure offices in a B2B sales environment.  With Jabmo, I am able to identify and target the decision-makers more effectively.  Lead generation has increased dramatically for me.

Full guidance and support from a great Jabmo staff having significant experience in this space of Account Based marketing.  The metrics and dashboards enable quick assessment as to the effectiveness of your campaign.  They also provide ongoing recommendations as they review the metrics to ensure relevant content is being optimally viewed to our target audience.

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

Nothing to report.  Any 'missing' content or questions we have had have been resolved quickly and often with enhancements to the communication and/or dashboard.

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the start of our ABM journey with Jabmo we selected accounts in which we had challenges penetrating with traditional marketing/sales channels.  This targeted list has evolved in our 2nd year of working with Jabmo and we are easily able to track new and ongoing engagement in these accounts as well as new opportunities and revenue.

**What do you like best about Jabmo?**

It allowed us to reach specific target accounts we were having trouble getting our brand and products in front of. The online dashboard that Jabmo provided made it fairly easy to see real-time performance metrics.

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

It's a high price tag for a low return. We also questioned the validity of the performance metrics that were reviewed with us each month, as they did not align with what our own website data was telling us.

**Recommendations to others considering Jabmo:**

If you have a large budget and are looking for another layer of brand awareness, ABM is a "nice to have" addition to your marketing mix.

Jabmo lets you get in front of target customers that you don't have contacts or that have multiple stakeholders whom you would want to increase your presence with.

Their design team is also helpful with good, creative ideas.

More self-service options in the tool for customers would be nice to have. Some actionable items like for example sending direct ads to a specific group of people based on their journey.

Jabmo has done a great job throughout the time I've worked with them with providing us with the tools we need to make sure we're utilizing their services well. Realistically, the only reason we really haven't gotten too much benefit is due to our own lack of being able to devote much time to it.

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

One of the issues I can remember having a couple times was figuring out discrepancies with how we've been tracking our web data at different target account locations. There was a fair amount of confusion between my company and Jabmo about where exactly some of the web traffic data was actually coming from. For instance, we may have had a company we were trying to target with advertisements, and realistically they have maybe 4 different locations throughout the country. When looking at the data, there may be times when that data was coming from 30 different locations and we couldn't pinpoint what that actually meant for us. Were customers doing web traffic while using their laptop on the road? Where they people who work remotely? Not sure. If we can't figure out what the data means, then it isn't as useful.

**Recommendations to others considering Jabmo:**

The service is valuable, as long as you're able to put the right amount of time into using it internally. It does quite a bit of work on its own, but without doing some extra work to refine things and analyze results, you'll be missing out on a lot.

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through using Jabmo, we've been able to promote our brand on a much better level with customers that may not have much brand awareness with what we do. We haven't had enough internal bandwidth to devote much time into how we've utilized the tool to go further, but at the very least we've gained more brand awareness with some of our customers.

The team does a great job putting together ads and doing the analytics with minimal effort on the part of the user. As with many working professionals, I have countless other things going on to worry about in my daily schedule, so knowing that the Jabmo team has things taken care of day-to-day has given me great peace of mind.

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

I wish that there was a better way for me to convey the benefits to my internal team when discussing the overall investment of time, money, effort... etc. If they could develop some sort of a ROI calculator in the future for the user to populate with their specific details, it would help facilitate the conversation when campaigning for people to jump on board internally.

**Recommendations to others considering Jabmo:**

We haven't used this to really be a "lead generation" tool as many people internally will want it to be. Currently, it has been directed more towards creating awareness to our known and unknown buying committees, based around topics that we want them to be more aware of.

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main business goal being pursued by using Jabmo is driving awareness about specific topics/solutions that our company offers. We are primarily using this towards things that we don't currently have much awareness about with our customers, but will branch out more in the future. The secondary effect is that once customers are seeing our specific content through the Jabmo ads, they are seeing what else we have to offer as a bi-product just by being exposed to our website and navigating on their own.

**What do you like best about Jabmo?**

Great platform to curate a target list of accounts and generate a range of ads which resonate well with customers. We were able to significantly increase web traffic to many key product and technical pages on our website and saw an increase in resulting organic traffic over time as well. 

The team we worked with at Jabmo was very responsive and quickly developed ads for review. They also did regular update meetings to review the resulting data and significance, which helped our team digest the information.

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

We experienced a few hurdles with getting our unique branding implemented into the ads properly for the first few sets of ads, but once established it was relatively quick to develop subsequent ads.

It was also a tricky process from our internal legal/IT side on getting pixels placed on our website, so getting that process started ASAP is definitely key to making the ad launch process go more smoothly.  

It would also be helpful if unique customer stats were included in ABM updates and the team could work directly with our digital marketing team to supplement their data with our internal capabilities.

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Though our company has extensive internal digital capabilities, we were very intrigued by Jabmo's ability to market to a broader base of customers based on domain name, since we can currently only do IP re-targeting. Benefits include increased site traffic and visibility, as well as a better baseline understanding of our customer behavior.

The great support we receive from our account manager. Quick responses to questions and interesting insights to make our campaigns succefull. Jabmo is a trusted partner. Thanks to them we can see increasing traffic coming to our solutions which drives engagement across other marketing channels. Their expertise in ABM makes me to rely on their insights and reports. Further their design and content team are clase A. We trust their expertise and recommendations.

Dislike is not the correct word. I am a supporter of ABM strategy for our B2B markets and we are experimenting bringing ABM to our academic sectors. We won't like to work with a differetn account manager that is not that high-skill as our current one.

Jabmo has been growing over the last few years but has continued to provide customer with a high level of service. They are good about recognizing when to stop doing something and replace it with something better.

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

Pricing isn't overly transparent for determining traditional ROI for firms already heavily invested in PPC. That can make it a harder sell internally, but the service and reporting helps to make that case. 

**Recommendations to others considering Jabmo:**

Take a look at other major providers and ask questions. They all offer slightly different solutions. We chose Jabmo because they were the most helpful and open in the sales cycle.

Account targeted advertising. We aren't spending money on a shotgun approach to online advertising but are focused in on the accounts we want to win.

Azalead is a radar. You see a point with a company name on it. No less, but sometimes more.
- As an account manager it is very helpful to confirm that a prospect is actively investigating your solution.
- It is also the best way to detect an interest from a company long time in advance
- Then when appropriately linked with CRM and ABM tools it's a good tool to make sure we prospect the right way

1. The weekly (or daily) report are of great value:
- Seeing a peak of visits from a Company - often impossible to detect it so obviously another way
- Seeing a prospect in my top 5 of the detected accounts, staying in the charts during a long period of time
- A good reminder and call to action agent

2. Customization capacity is really helful

3. Also like the landing page with dynamic charts and ranking displayed which immediately give a global view


**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

Still a lot of micro improvements expected here and there to make the information as accurate as possible while keeping the whole picture as clear and simple as possible and to centralize information.
Having a global view at first sight is very easy, but navigating through the UI to dig further can take time

Matching the content with CRM tools takes time. No miracle - prospection and sales takes time and requires high precision work.. so this is not a dislike, just a mention that Azalead is not a magic stick

At first, confirming I target the righ accounts : making sure I am talking to a prospect who is considering the product for real and obviously investing time on it
Then observing and checking my assumpions; getting ideas, tendencies, detecting patterns and understanding if a specific market is a particulary valuable target

Azalead is a very useful platform to do retargeting and account based marketing.
The interface is easy to understand, and it's fun to scroll around and see who's checked out your site.

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

The tool in itself isn't very actionnable. I can only really use it to look around at company level information, but it isn't very well integrated with Hubspot so I can't actually do anything with that information.
The value really lies in the retargeting.

**Recommendations to others considering Jabmo:**

The efficiency of the tool lies mostly in having the right alignement with sales on what accounts are key, and the budget to run ads. If you're sales alignement isn't great, then you won't succeed.

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're trying to target certain key accounts for our Sales team.
We want to reactivate contacts that have visited our site, but haven't filled out any forms.

**What do you like best about Jabmo?**

It provides data on the companies that are currently visiting your website and the content that they are looking at.

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

The quality of the data is not very precise, some examples are:
- Companies name might not be accurate. It mixes companies with similar names. Example Sogetti and Soget.
- Location of large companies is not appropriate. An example: companies based in France can be referred in Spain.
- The company size of the companies does not represent the real size.
- Sometimes the content referred as visited does not match with the visitors activity. 

User interface is not very friendly, and along with the issues in the quality of the data, leads to a large amount of time invested without necessarily providing useful information.

I think they should try to improve the existing user interface. Some suggestions are:

- In the "Account Selection" section, while looking for details of the visitors, when we click on the name of the company it would great if instead of opening a new page, the information could be shown as a drop-down menu. Why? Because if you don't find the information that you are looking for you are forced to come back to the beginning of the list of companies. It means that all the time that you have spent scrolling down to look for specific companies is lost and you have to restart from zero your search.

Another option, once you have check the details of the company, you can come back to exact point of your search instead of having to come back to the beginning of your list. 

- Again, in the "Account Selection" section, when you have the full list of visitors, you could a column with symbols that show you the activity performed by the visitor. You can add symbols for website visits, ads clicks and email opened. By doing that, we will be able to easily vIsualise if the visitor has opened an email. No need to click or open the account section when you are looking for emails of the visitors. 

- It would be great if in the "page viewed" section, the date of visits could be shown.

- It would be good if all the companies with opportunities ("Sales Pipeline") could be tracked, so we can follow their engagement in the marketing activities.

**Recommendations to others considering Jabmo:**

I think it could be useful depending on the usage you will give it. For ABM outside France I am not sure is the tool you should use.

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So far, it has not been very useful. I struggling to find whether it brings value to my activity.

The interface is easy to use and the possibility to tag and target the account in one click is convenient. Moreover, there is a who to contact spot where you can directly see the contacts in Linkedin. 

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

I do not dislike anything, the app is pretty good and consultants are available to help us with any problem or questions we might have. 
I think it is a bit expensive.

Company identification is sometimes not very accurate. But I understand the system depends on other databases being suitably populated.

To fully take advantage of Azalead you need:
- to have an existing lead management process, ideally some marketing automation.
- to have enough communication material to leverage the retargeting features

**What do you like best about Jabmo?**

A lot of added value for digital marketers. 1) understand your business audience (what companies / industries / sizes are coming to my website) and check the pertinence of SEO and SEA. 2) understand more the navigation paths. 3) being able to precisely retarget  4) create precise emailing campaigns. 4) create lists of cold-to-cool leads to feed your sales channels. 
Tool is really eay to use,  lacking some few "practical" fonctionalities but the new may 2016 release is much better.

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

- of course you ionly see a name of a company,  not who's behind the mouse (is it the managing director or the reception desk lady?)  Azalead tag on BTC and BTB pages can be provn inefficient because the btc navigation "pollutes" the BTB. 
- Database relevance:  tool not always able to identify the right company name, sometimes not all IPSs  as well. 
- you clearly need internal ressources, someone who will  regularly use and tag.  That's some minutes every day. 
- For us the ROI is still not totally found, as we are struggling with the sales channels who are not so enthusiastic about having to manage cold-to-cool leads, for a question of ressourses (again) and  mentality.

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our efforts are to develop a lead generation programme for btc and btb satellite broadband service in Europe, for our distributors. We have been focusing in the last year on growing B2B volumes of leads, and decided to test Azalead  as a specific b2b tool. 
Our idea was to give the tool to our commercial people / distributors but the adoption for them is not easy. Not that the tool is difficult, but somehow they don't really believe in the "buying signals", being more used to traditional way of prospecting. Fully use Azalead for our company mean entering a real digital transformation and wel.l.. not sure that's going to happen soon.

**What do you like best about Jabmo?**

In my company, we use Azalead as a mean to track and increase qualified traffick to our website, as well as to better customize the content we send to our visitors. Its best features are, in my opinion and for our particular use:

- The quality of its B2B database
- Very handy tools, such as an email address "getter"
- Powerful reporting options
- Great customer support
- Beautiful, easy to use interface

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

As some others have said, some data is sometimes missing for smaller accounts.

**Recommendations to others considering Jabmo:**

Take the time to carefully craft your target lists. You can even fill it with companies that have not yet interacted with yours, and then track their habits once first contact has been established.

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the Azalead software, we have started by analyzing ourcustomers and the most active companies on our website. On this basis, we were able to establish a list of target companies, on which we focus our communication and marketing efforts.

This allows us to compensate our lack of resources and time by dramatically increasing efficiency. In just three months, we were able to generate an increase in the value of our sales pipeline by 27%.

**What do you like best about Jabmo?**

The profiling part for each account, we can follow every step of their staying on our website, it is very useful to send them the information they are looking for and to study their behaviour.

**What do you dislike about Jabmo?**

The problem is that the information we get is not really qualified, there is a lack of database regarding the interesting accounts. For example, when someone from a big company is visiting our website, we can't find his information, that's a real shame not to be able to contact the right person for the big companies and not being able to help them. 

**What problems is Jabmo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We succeeded in tracking some very good information regarding the opportunities we detected in first place when people finally came to visit our website. But unfortunately, we don't receive enough good information. We're currently trying the account-based marketing solution and will see how we can improve that!

Nothing to dislike, but as I'm always eager for improvement, I'd love to see more personalization options on reporting and UI. waiting for that, Azalead team is very keen on extracting usefull reports that might not be available yet through the interface

ease of use, customer support is great, many prospect companies have been identified, Good tool to measure marketing ROI, Azalead's Email tag lets you track which individuals at a company has engaged with your email campaigns.

None per say but would like to see the number of cookies placed on each account to measure how many individuals from a company have engaged with us.

**What do you like best about Jabmo?**

Azalead is very useful in my business development activities. It allows us to know in real-time the visitors to our website, the pages they visited, and we can then target our prospecting according to the potential interests of the visitors. This application also allows us to track email campaigns and monitor the effectiveness of each marketing action. Convenient simplicity of use and constant customer support via chat.

Certain accounts are not correctly qualified (emails, functions, names)

I primarily do business development and prospecting, and Azalead allows me to more easily target companies that are likely to be interested in our offer.

I like how easy it is to understand the interface. With a 15 to 30 min training I was able to directly understand this tool and to use it properly. 

Moreover, I really appréciate the very clear and premium design of the website: I can easily get the information I want thanks to the accurate information at the right place.

I would say that I just do not like how you can not scroll with your mouse but have to first click on the page. but still it's not a huge drawback.
