There's simple web access for tablets and phones when out on inspections, and live updates with other people that works amazing. Unlike a lot of companies, iWorQ does have customer service and they do answer their phone. Software covers everything I could think to need for code and permitting. Great to use daily, very quick to get running and they have a sandbox site one can tinker with while they worked to get it passed. Implementation team makes integration seamless with GIS and other data. **What do you dislike about iWorQ?** There's nothing I disklike personally, but since this is required I'd say maybe it wouldn't be a great fit for a city with more than a million people. **What problems is iWorQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** iWorQ solves a lot of snags that comes with collecting payments, fine-tuing fees and inspections, and lettign citizens in on their info so it frees up public time and helps keep the income from fines consistent and predictable. ### 2. I learned the ins and outs of IworQ within a month of using this platform. There was a recent training summit that was very informative. The presenteres were articulate and clear. The customer service is great and they always fix things efficiently and promptly. I use IworQ daily and it is always functional to our entity. **What do you dislike about iWorQ?** They have up and coming developements with this software! I am excited to see what comes next. **What problems is iWorQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** IWorQ facilitates fleet management for our entity. ### 3. I think that it performed as it was supposed to. The concerns rather fall with the corporate governance and processes. **What do you dislike about iWorQ?** Customer relations were lacking especially when they learned that we would not continue as a customer. **What problems is iWorQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were primarily using it to manager our water backflow database. ### 4. There customer suppport is great as well. And it is a user friendly tool to use. **What do you dislike about iWorQ?** Great tool, but it doesn't notify me when it's time for re-inspection. You have to track for re-inspections on your own. **Recommendations to others considering iWorQ:** Try before you buy! **What problems is iWorQ solving and how is that benefiting you?** Doing more with less. It helps manages a suite of solutions from a single location.
