I have used the code enforcement and permit management products a good bit now. There's simple web access for tablets and phones when out on inspections, and live updates with other people that works amazing. Unlike a lot of companies, iWorQ does have customer service and they do answer their phone. Software covers everything I could think to need for code and permitting. Great to use daily, very quick to get running and they have a sandbox site one can tinker with while they worked to get it passed. Implementation team makes integration seamless with GIS and other data.

I love how user friendly IworQ is. I learned the ins and outs of IworQ within a month of using this platform. There was a recent training summit that was very informative. The presenteres were articulate and clear. The customer service is great and they always fix things efficiently and promptly. I use IworQ daily and it is always functional to our entity.

Our concerns were not with the software itself. I think that it performed as it was supposed to. The concerns rather fall with the corporate governance and processes.
