Also, I like how you can find the contact information of individuals and organizations by searching where they're affiliated to. For example, I can look up individuals under a certain company with their emails, positions, and possibly mobile numbers. With this, I can recommend more ways for my clients to get in contact with potential funders and grantmakers. I also appreciate having more mini tabs when searching for many possible hits, it helps lighten the load of my internet browser and makes switching tabs more efficient. **What do you dislike about iWave?** One of the things I struggle with is it's very hard to scroll through institutions that have 1000+ people since you can only click the next page and not get to choose a further page to jump into. I tried searching by name but they may have a different variety of names listed in iWave. For example, I'm searching for a John B under a certain company. I pull up the company and go to the individuals which has about 8000+ people. I sort the names to make scrolling easier but since John is still around a couple of pages further, I can' t jump way ahead of all the names that start with A. **What problems is iWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** iWave helps in discerning which people I should contact since some companies don't have a full list of people in their websites. iWave provides that by just searching the company's name. **Official Response from Bre Alexander:** > Thank you for your review! It also is the most up-to-date real estate/property holdings information, so we cross check everything with iWave. I also really love the iWave team - they are so responsive and helpful. They are always improving the product and seeking input from their clients to best meet their needs. **What do you dislike about iWave?** I think the insider filings information could be clearer. It can be a bit confusing to sift through and difficult to understand how it is factored into the iWave rating and score. Another improvement would be to make it so you can easily pick and choose donations or political giving and have the product add them all up. Many times I have to copy and paste out of iWave to get giving totals for organizations, which is a pain. **What problems is iWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our organization primarily uses iWave for the real estate and donation records. The property records are fantastic and being able to see the transaction history so easily is amazing. There are so many options (360 vs. deeper dives) to get you to profiles, and the foundation profiles are incredibly helpful with clear financial summaries. But my absolute highlight is the helpful staff behind the curtain - they have been amazing to work with and they've held my hand along the way! **What do you dislike about iWave?** There's nothing I dislike about iWave. Honestly, it makes me look good because I can do quick, clean research profiles in a short amount of time. There are also some new features that are a little half baked, for example there's a new prospect search tool that will build a list of prospects for you based on your organization, but it makes you put in a state and town you are located in, so for national organization like mine, it's not very helpful. **What problems is iWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps find contact info, including emails, email formats, numbers, addresses, as well as seeing if they prospect is likely to be sympathetic to our cause. Once you get to know what to look for in iwave everything is easy. Profile creation also helps to go back to the data that helped you to narrow down your research. It also helps to add spouses and wealth to the same donor profile, no other platform offers this level of customization. **What do you dislike about iWave?** This sounds cliche, but I honestly can't think of one. iWave is so helpful. **Recommendations to others considering iWave:** If you're looking for a reliable platform to gauge donor interest, wealth, and capacity look no further. If you want extras like recommendations for how to steward your donors, or who to focus on for planned giving, iWave has that too. You can even prospect list build in iWave. You can do individual searches very quickly and the turnaround for a larger screening is also very quick.
