The screening is just as good as other tools and it's the only tool attempting to screen foundations/companies. I've never had a technical issue with iWave and they communicate when they're down for scheduled maintenance well in advance. I trust the data provided by iWave more than some of the other tools and use it nearly every day. It's quite easy to use and to teach others to use. We do not integrate it with our CRM, but I'm excited to do so when we switch CRMs in the future. **What do you dislike about iWave?** I have not had great experience with customer service. The sales reps are pushy and do not do a great job of communicating desired improvements back to the company. Billing is often a trial, since our organization does not allow for auto-renewal. And the design is really smooth and easy to use and follow. The information is very clear. This really is my favorite source. **What do you dislike about iWave?** Nothing really. The only other thing I think would be neat is if they could tell you about properties that used to be in the person's name but they since sold it. But I just search old addresses and look in iWave's transaction section and find it with ease. **What problems is iWave solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves finding political donations that match my person because it gives other identifying information such as the address so I can cross check that it is my person.
