&lt;p&gt;Smarsh and Pagefreezer are probably the easiest to defend during an exam because their value is tied directly to retention, archiving, and review workflows compliance teams already document. The headaches usually show up when policies are poorly tuned—either too many false positives in Smarsh or gaps in what was actually captured and retained in Pagefreezer.&lt;/p&gt;
