"Automated patch management and complete visibility with Ivanti Neurons"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I value most about Ivanti Neurons is its ability to offer highly automated and centralized patch management, allowing clients to keep their environments updated with a level of efficiency far superior to other traditional solutions. The platform provides complete visibility of the security status, prioritizes vulnerabilities according to their criticality, and facilitates informed decision-making. This results in a significant reduction in operational risk and an optimization of the time spent on maintenance tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Although the solution is robust and very comprehensive, some clients find that the initial setup may take longer than expected, especially in heterogeneous infrastructures or with legacy systems. In certain cases, some patches may require manual adjustments or additional validations, which adds complexity to the process. Likewise, some advanced reports could be more intuitive to facilitate a quicker analysis without the need for extensive customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Multi-Site Deployments and Great Bandwidth Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

What I like most about Ivanti Neurons is how smoothly it handles our deployments across different sites in Manila, Batangas, and Visayas. Even when rolling out updates across all these locations, we’ve never run into performance lag or system slowdowns. It gives us a single console where we can easily control permissions and scope who sees what without needing separate systems for each region.

It covers everything we need in one spot—software rollouts, patch management, device inventory, and security policies. The bandwidth management is a huge upgrade from what we used before, so it doesn't choke our network during big updates. On top of that, the licensing is straightforward and very easy for the admin team to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The biggest area for improvement is moving away from the desktop console toward a fully feature-complete web administration interface. Currently, the web console is heavily focused on dashboards, analytics, and reporting rather than active management.

While the full feature set is available on the legacy desktop version, the web tool lacks the robust deployment and day-to-day device management features needed for a smooth browser-only experience. Expanding full administrative capabilities to the web interface—and making it mobile-friendly—would make managing endpoints on the go much easier without being tied to the desktop console. "Powerful Endpoint Management, but a Dated, Overwhelming Console"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I like that Ivanti Endpoint Management is a centralized IT solution designed to discover, provision, secure, and manage enterprise devices, including Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and IoT devices, from a single administrative console Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Ivanti Endpoint Manager is a massive, highly capable platform, but its interface is notoriously dated and overwhelming for new users. Figuring out configuration settings, deploying software packages, and setting up workflows takes significant time. It relies on a heavy console environment that can feel less intuitive compared to modern cloud-native solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Endpoint Management That Saves IT Time and Boosts Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is most helpful because it gives one central place to manage devices, software, patches and endpoint visibility. The interface makes daily checks easier, and the integrations with endpoint and security tools reduce the need to switch between systems. Performance is stable when checking device status, running actions and reviewing issues. It saves time for IT support because problems can be detected faster and handled before users are affected. The value is strongest when managing many devices across the organization, because it improves control, reporting and response time. The onboarding can take some time, but after setup the platform supports better endpoint management and daily administration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The least helpful part of Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management is the initial setup and onboarding. Some configurations need careful planning, especially integrations, permissions and reporting. This can slow down the first phase for IT teams. The UI is useful, but some menus could be clearer, and finding the right setting can take extra time. Performance is generally stable, but larger actions or reports can take longer when many endpoints are involved. Better guided setup, clearer documentation and more practical onboarding examples would improve the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Task Management and Performance Tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I like how the tasks are organized with Ivanti Neurons for Patch Management. It helps me organize our tasks, and the task list comes one after another. When a task is done, I can easily show the performance and what has been accomplished. The daily progress tracking is something we do every day, and it's beneficial. Initially, learning the ins and outs was necessary, but it becomes easy afterward, with nothing difficult to follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I think it's already enough as it is, but adding AI features would be helpful. It could support generating solutions, records, and whatever is frequently used in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Add simple ring patching to Intune thanks to Microsoft collaboration"
5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

The collaboration with Microsoft enables me to easily add ring patching to an Intune platform that does not provide for this. By using the agent, I also receive immediate feedback on the status of the patch instead of waiting for the Intune synchronization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

It is an addon to what you already have to buy from Microsoft. The application catalog is not large enough yet. I miss the ability to update plugins in browsers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Unified Endpoint Management with Strong Patch Management and Remote Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Unified endpoint management — managing Windows, macOS, and sometimes Linux devices, patching, software deployment, remote control, inventory, and compliance from one console reduces tool sprawl. aslo Patch management — historically one of Ivanti’s best-regarded features. It handles OS and third-party patching well, including automation and scheduling for large fleets. Remote support tools — the remote control functionality is mature and useful for helpdesk teams troubleshooting user devices quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

Agent-related issues — organizations sometimes report heavy or inconsistent agent behavior, especially after upgrades or with aggressive policies. and Performance and responsiveness — some admins mention slow console performance, delayed actions, or unreliable execution of tasks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Endpoint Security, Needs Improvement in Data Compliance"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I like the UI and how easy it is to use with Ivanti Neurons for Unified Endpoint Management. The configuration isn't hard, especially for someone experienced, and the intuitive and simple interface with logical design drastically reduces the time it takes to configure things. Additionally, I enjoy their attack glossary on the official website, a great resource even though it's not entirely related to the product itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ivanti Autonomous Endpoint Management?

I find that data security is not its strongest point. It doesn’t help me with automatically complying with standards such as DORA or CIS Benchmark. I think it should have rules out of the box that comply with these standards. This would make it more appealing to customers. Other than data security, everything else works fine for my usage.
