ITigris Optima is a smart optical business automation solution that is effective solution for optical shops and chains.ITigris provides electronic document interchange with the leading Russian optical suppliers, and they recomend Optima as an automation system for opticians.
I like quite a few things about Optima when I first came across this product. Like most modern software it has cloud deployment feature enabling a small business to run its operations more effectively. At the price of just over a hundred bucks I think it's a brilliant cloud based solution for opticians and medication stores.
Their live support is also worth mentioning and they do stand behind their product.
Flow of data is excellent and high workflow integration minimizes the risk of error. From the point of medical examination to the retail order placement it works perfectly in a tightly knitted environment.
What do you dislike?
There's isn't much to dislike but I must say the overall feel of the software could be a little bit better. Software is user friendly but the general outlook and ease of access are some areas development team could focus on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think if they really want to go nationwide, they should seriously start thinking about introducing a trial version of their product. May be they have done it already but last I checked they didn't have this option available.
Optima should also consider giving users/Admin more freedom to customize various features to get the most out of the software.
Being from Accounting background I also think Admins should have access to more complex accounting features and they should be able to change accounting functions.
