**What do you like best about itellicoAI?**

I come from web design and am always quite picky about tools, especially when it comes to integration and look & feel. With itellicoAI, I was surprised at how quickly the widget runs smoothly on an existing website and how well it can be adapted to the branding. The configuration is also logical, and the experience feels "seamless" for visitors.

I find the combination of web widget and telephony really strong. You can not only use the whole thing on the website but also for calls, without having to set up two separate systems. For me, it's a very professional solution if you want to use voice productively quickly.

**What do you dislike about itellicoAI?**

Currently, there is nothing that bothers me. Anyone who wants to use voice AI quickly and cleanly is in good hands here.

**What problems is itellicoAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Companies can be reachable around the clock without extra staff. The AI answers inquiries on the website and on the phone, which noticeably reduces the effort for me and my customers.
