If you’ve ever used something like a recipe or flow chart, this will feel natural. It offers a free version and affordable paid plans. If you run a small business or you're just starting, this could be a budget-friendly way to start automating your customer service. **What do you dislike about It's Alive?** If you want your chatbot to work on other platforms (like your website or WhatsApp), it won't work. It’s only for Facebook Messenger, which might feel limiting if you're looking to reach customers across different channels. There’s no easy way to test your bot right within ItsAlive. You’ll need to switch over to Facebook Messenger to see how it actually interacts with users, which can be a hassle if you're frequently updating and testing your chatbot. **What problems is It's Alive solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am only working remote roles, likely so cost-efficiency is important for me.
