They really helped me with my problems! They were fast and efficient.

**What do you dislike about It's Alive?**

Even thought they were fast they the person that I talked to was condescending

You just have to have thick skin, other than that it's really simple

**What problems is It's Alive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a small business and my customers have a lot of questions so I was able to create a way for their questions to be answered quickly
