**What do you like best about IssueCentre?**

The best thing about it is that they give a free trial and a free version. This is a cloud-based ticketing system for all sizes of businesses. It allows us to set up a customized workflow. Reporting also looks good—ease of use. ease of implementation.

**What do you dislike about IssueCentre?**

Looks like the self-service portal will add benefits for the customer. Another thing I can say social media integration will help it to grow widely.

**What problems is IssueCentre solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping us to manage issues reported by customers. Reporting is also very easy.
