**What do you like best about IssMan?**

Some of the more noteworthy features include photo annotation, which is great for drawing attention to problem areas and including extensive comments. Snags are simple to create and assign, which helps the entire team to stay informed.

**What do you dislike about IssMan?**

This occurs mostly with the growth of projects leading to clogging of the snag list. There is little filtering capability, so it is challenging to search for specific subjects or monitor progress. It hampers me when it is time to revisit some already done assignments or search for those that remain in progress.

**What problems is IssMan solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IssMan maintain management communication and responsibility requirements on construction projects. No more guesswork relying on individual emails or piece of paper. All of it is focused in one place, and that way it is easy to distribute the work, monitor the progress.
