It requires constant updates, which sometimes makes it difficult to use. The pool of voices seems to be available in several languages but even when filtering by language, the chosen language still shows other voices that end up having "an accent" and do not seem native. Having to store all content on a local disc makes collaborative work within the department a little bit hard, even after sharing the projects, because only the author can modify whatever they created. iSpring has updated their AI capabilities. I appreciate and use regularly their AI search in the Knowledge Base, AI course Creator and AI image generator. Those tools are invaluable as they speed up the search for information, allow courses to be custom created in a matter of minutes and find the images I need without worrying about copyrighting. I like having staff training, company news and a knowledge base in one place. We have a largely mobile workforce, so being able to access training and important information from personal devices is particularly valuable. We use iSpring for driver training, policies and procedures, company updates, staff recognition and surveys. I love that iSpring LMS was so easy to set up from the beginning, and I was able to convert my PowerPoint presentations into the LMS format seamlessly. I appreciate being able to add quizzes, activities, and create scenarios with a variety of characters without spending extra money on creating characters. The fun, interactive quizzes are great for tracking student knowledge. I enjoy the general activities that break up the monotony of traditional online classes and the ability to add different voices to 'act' in activities. I also find it a very equitable solution because I can do pretty much everything I need without a bunch of other programs, and it's the best 'bang for the buck.' There are a few features that I would like to see implemented, such as an easier way to see the number of attempts before completion. The system does show this, but you don't get an overall number without drilling down. That being said, I have no doubt it will be implemented in the future, as the iSpring team has always been receptive and open to making improvements and changes. When I started at my company, we had an old, outdated LMS system. The tool is really robust, but there are a few things I wish their 360-degree performance reviews system did differently.
