What problems is ISPConfig3 Panel on AWS (Linux Server) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We switched from on-prem to the cloud to manage our historical records and used multiple servers for redundancy and load balancing. The most significant benefit besides security and speed is assigning users to access different servers, which mitigates the need for queuing access between multiple accounts. I can also perform updates to specific servers assigned to users in different time zones so downtime doesn't affect them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface, instead of giving you an option to select what action you want to take it shows "GO TO " this "GO TO" that. Although the UI is clean and all but it's not user friendly Also the ram usage is too much to handle Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
