&lt;p&gt;I’d benchmark this against the firm’s own documents before trusting a general OCR accuracy claim. Legal files can include poor scans, stamps, signatures, handwritten notes, tables, and older documents that make clean-sample accuracy misleading. I’d measure both pages processed per minute and the percentage requiring manual correction, because the fastest OCR is not actually faster if staff spend hours fixing the output.&lt;/p&gt;
