iService is an integrated solution for managing all customer interactions with complete web-based interface, routes and automatically responds to customer email, provides a simple but powerful knowledge base, and includes a complete contact management interface.

**What do you like best about iService?**

It is a robust solution for CRM, omnichannel customer service, mass emailing and knowledge base creation. Once the baseline setup is complete, every function is clear and works well.

**What do you dislike about iService?**

I'm sad to see that it only has connections to Zapier, we primarily use Microsoft Flow-based process automation. It was pretty hard to set it up and get used to it because we had to move all our existing processes to a new platform.

**What problems is iService solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We could replace many of our customer service software with iService: the shared mailbox as well as the chat support became more smooth and useful for our colleagues.
