its working as it should for me pretty much simile so nothing to dislike as of now

IRIS - FPM helps in services sales access management for Dell, its straightforward and good to use

IRIS works as a Sales service tool for dell to be used for central access management for DT Services Sales to tools and dashboard report  such as Vitals, NMS ,(DT Services, DT Renewals & Channel), Tools (Clifford & Beethoven) and others.

quick easy efficient interaction with all the departments at one place , it benefit large companies have international business

**What do you dislike about IRIS FMP | Global Workforce Management?**

I dont like the usual challenges like communication, accountability and employee morale  , since these are missing inside the FMP

**Recommendations to others considering IRIS FMP | Global Workforce Management:**

I would advise first check the system demo or check with the existing company who is actually using the system on everyday basis since every company is different so it might be problematic

it helps business doing all work in one place instead of using multiple software applications , single efficient interaction , although it might be time consuming to merge everything into one place from other softwares
