What do you like best about InviteDesk?

At our organisation we’ve been using InviteDesk as the platform to manage registrations and guest communication for external events, workshops, and trainings. We find teh platfirm very user-friendly. The interface is clear, well-organised and structured which makes our workflow smooth from invitation through to attendance tracking. Automated email flows (invitations, reminders, confirmations and follow-ups) are simple to configure and maintain and being able to reuse templates or events (in muliple languages) has definitely saved us time. Support from the InviteDesk team has also been responsive and helpful, ensuring any questions are answered promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InviteDesk?

What do you like best about InviteDesk?

I use InviteDesk to manage registrations and tickets for our internal and external events. I find it very easy to follow up on registrations due to its user-friendly and well-organized interface. The clarity of the platform is excellent, making interactions smooth and straightforward. What I like most is the communication setup regarding events; it's very easy to arrange all the mailings and communications, which simplifies event management significantly. The initial setup of InviteDesk was also very easy and clear, thanks to the excellent support from the InviteDesk team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. What do you dislike about InviteDesk?

I find it challenging that there's not a transparent overview of new features being developed or updated. This lack of clarity on which features are being worked on and when they might be released limits the ability to plan and adapt to these changes.
