**What do you like best about InviteDesk?**

At our organisation we’ve been using InviteDesk as the platform to manage registrations and guest communication for external events, workshops, and trainings. We find teh platfirm very user-friendly. The interface is clear, well-organised and structured which makes our workflow smooth from invitation through to attendance tracking. Automated email flows (invitations, reminders, confirmations and follow-ups) are simple to configure and maintain and being able to reuse templates or events (in muliple languages) has definitely saved us time. Support from the InviteDesk team has also been responsive and helpful, ensuring any questions are answered promptly.

**What do you dislike about InviteDesk?**

So far, we have no negative feedback. The tool meets our expectations for organising external events and has made the whole process more efficient.

**What problems is InviteDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InviteDesk solves our lack of time. As a one-woman marketing and communication team with many responsibilities, I rely on tools that are efficient and easy to use. InviteDesk automates invitations, registrations and communication, saving time and reducing manual work while ensuring professional event management.

**What do you like best about InviteDesk?**

I use InviteDesk to manage registrations and tickets for our internal and external events. I find it very easy to follow up on registrations due to its user-friendly and well-organized interface. The clarity of the platform is excellent, making interactions smooth and straightforward. What I like most is the communication setup regarding events; it's very easy to arrange all the mailings and communications, which simplifies event management significantly. The initial setup of InviteDesk was also very easy and clear, thanks to the excellent support from the InviteDesk team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

**What do you dislike about InviteDesk?**

I find the check-in process at events somewhat lacking because it only shows the people who are registered. It would be more efficient to have visibility of those who have declined or haven't responded yet included at the front desk.

**What problems is InviteDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use InviteDesk to manage event registrations and tickets effortlessly, following up easily and arranging mailings smoothly, which makes it user-friendly and clear for both internal and external events.

I find InviteDesk very easy to work with due to its intuitive setup and clarity provided by initial training. I appreciate the professional invitations and follow-ups that enhance our company branding. The ability to copy and paste from previous events streamlines the process, making it efficient and beneficial for me. I enjoy the customizable email flow, which allows me to effortlessly build and activate personalized communications. Additionally, the support in my local language and the reasonable pricing contribute to a positive experience.

I find it challenging that there's not a transparent overview of new features being developed or updated. This lack of clarity on which features are being worked on and when they might be released limits the ability to plan and adapt to these changes. Having this information would improve usability and ensure that features align with my needs.

Excellent service - we are always helped very quickly. The system does what we ask, it is very easy to use. We quickly got used to the way of working and as a result, we can work efficiently.

We currently have no negative points to give regarding InviteDesk. We evaluate each time after use for our events.

All data regarding registrations for our events is centralized and easy to extract in an xls file. This ensures that we can work efficiently and the process is largely automated.
