**What do you like best about InTouchGPS?**

I am able to track my fleet in a click and get alerts for the enroute instances.
At the end of trip, I get the reports of entire trip and driver performance which help me to take the decisions.

**What do you dislike about InTouchGPS?**

I believe that they can work more on analytical part.

**What problems is InTouchGPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowing the fleet owners to track their fleet remotely with the help of GPS.

**What do you like best about InTouchGPS?**

I like that I can see the exact location of my vehicles at any moment and pull super accurate reports so that I can verify locations and driving speeds.

**What do you dislike about InTouchGPS?**

There is not much that I dislike about the platform, I do not like how the tracking devices can go missing - the employee is able to disconnect their device.

**Recommendations to others considering InTouchGPS:**

Be patient, once everything is set up you will be happy with all that the tool does for you!

**What problems is InTouchGPS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have to wonder where our technicians are, ever!  When a customer calls in to ask where a technician is, I am able to tell them their exact location. It's also great for payroll purposes, if I need to know when a technician left a jobsite, I can look back and see.
