It reduces need of man power as well as improves accuracy, while extracting the relevant information from the documents. An extraordinary thing about this software is, it can also extract info directly from the web from emails and reports and adapt to any kind of document. **What do you dislike about Intelligent OCR?** The web interface of its official website is not up to the mark. It is not up to professional standards. Moreover, amid the unemployment crisis, this software would eradicate many employees from their jobs. Also, we would depend much more on AI, which is not entirely safe. **What problems is Intelligent OCR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this software mainly to verify the authenticity of my client's signature, as it uses intelligent AI to verify different strokes of the handwriting. It uses smart AI to retrieve reports directly from emails from the web, which is quite outstanding. Also it reduces the errors made by empoyees, as most of the work is done through AI. **What do you dislike about Intelligent OCR?** There are mainly two demerits of this software; it puts us at significant risk because we allow an AI to handle sensitive information, which can be leaked. And it takes away many data entry operator jobs amid the job crisis around the world. **What problems is Intelligent OCR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use this software mainly to identify, verify and collect required pieces of information from multiple client documents.
