Our instance does what we need, but general usability is a challenge **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos **Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026 **What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?** It was built to do exactly what our organisation needs. so all of the functionality and data captured are for purpose and does the job across a lot of stakeholders, which is no easy feat. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** The nature of the form being stacked makes using intelligence bank clunky and a very long scroll. So when adding different sections of a job, it is a very padded out page so makes proofing tricky when you need to scroll so much up and down, And when scrolling, the page jumps around so you lose your position when scrolling up and down. Also the filing system and search phrases to find olf jobs is not great. It's not super easy to search for a recent job as tasks from a very long time ago always clog up search results and it takes a lot of loading time to refine or filter the search. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** they do take on issues and fixes. **Official Response from Marne Amoguis:** > Thanks for sharing your feedback. It is easy to share and customize the settings for sharing collections, as well as adding to amending existing collections. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** I wish that folder names were searchable, folder icons had instant thumbnails, and that when you create a new folder, the window would automatically open to that folder for uploading- seems like that would be intuitive but it is not, so you have to re-navigate to the folder to begin uploading images. I also wish that our resource date would automatically reflect the camera data for the date the photo was taken upon ingest. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** Intelligence Bank has helped us manage the sharing of our assets better, for both internal and external users. **Official Response from James Borg:** > Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. The search features are also lacking so generally you need a lot of knowledge of the product and your assets in order to find what you're looking for. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** The IntelligenceBank DAM allows us to store all of our digital assets and brand assets in a single location where everyone who needs access to the assets is able to get access to what they need. **Official Response from James Borg:** > Thanks for your feedback.
