The product catalog is really useful, as well as organization and contact catalogs, and labor catalogs.

**What do you dislike about IntelliEvent Lightning?**

There are some areas that are still being improved on, such as duplicating sets or singular labor assigments.

**What problems is IntelliEvent Lightning solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sending comprehensive quotes. The ability to link projects together or duplicate an entire order is nice.
