What do you dislike about Intellectsoft?
Nothing to dislike actually. We were fully satisfied with the Intellectsoft’s work and their overall input. What problems is Intellectsoft solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide our clients with reliable and easy-to-use tools that help them communicate with their customers across different channels (chat email etc.). From the very beginning we had a clear vision of the end product, however at that point we required some help on the technical part, like choosing the right technology stack, high-level system architecture, finalizing features list for our MVP, etc. For now, as we have grown from the initial idea to the fully-functional business, we are glad to hear that our clients are extremely happy with the platform. And their satisfaction translated for us into a constant revenue growth thus we're more than happy with what we got from Intellectsoft in the end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
