### 5. The best thing that happened in 2020 for my team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe B. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat is one of those rare pieces of SAAS that is getting smarter at a rate far faster than its competitors. The language has been simple to learn as a "non coder" and have continued to bring me more and more confidence. You can begin by automating simple things via templates and then advance your skills by reading articles or guides. I have also enjoyed the increase in tools that make sense (like search functionality in the API connections, I never thought to ask for it but Integromat delivered and made life even more simple. I am a huge fan!

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Sometimes the validation messages can be a little vague. However, these seem to be improving as you go.

It is also not easy to teach someone how to use the system. They really need to experience it by using it. If Integromat were to create some tutorials that involve building things then I suspect that would be a MASSIVE step forward.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation flow, Reducing "dumb" tasks and data entry. Building functions to reduce fraud. The sky is the limit and we keep building smarter tools as we go. When you experience what can be done it gets your mind thinking about where to next. Just start, you won't regret it.

 ### 6. Integromat is one of the best solutions for integrating RESTful APIs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ethan W. | Senior Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat provides looping logic, the widest variety of service integrations I've seen, and is easy to understand even with complex scenarios. It contains features that make creating scenarios easy in contrast to many integration services. The documentation Integromat provides to users includes a wide variety of nuances in the APIs it supports and clearly shows Integromat is experienced in how those APIs work.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Integromat scenario testing can be difficult since the cost is identical to running the scenario live. It can be difficult to work with some of the in-text functions. The documentation is lighter here and needs better examples.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integromat, through webhooks and instant events, is bringing data about tasks and meetings in front of developers when they need it. Integromat helps us keep notes about meetings through Google Calendar and ClickUp integrations. It also assists us in bringing meetings into our project management software to see our meeting capacity in relation to other development tasks.

 ### 7. The solution for solutions

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mike O. | CE), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Make?**

Because I can create any automation scenarios for business.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Connection errors sometimes occur with QBO.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Minimize handle-input errors.

 ### 8. Visually Appealing Integration System

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip R. | Lead Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

I like Integromat's visually responsive, tree-style interface that lets you know where you are in a workflow and all the data each operation yielded.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

A couple of things.
1. You cannot clone scenarios. If you have a scenario that works well, but you need another with a slight variation, you will have to create it again from scratch.
2. At present, you're unable to replay a scenario or operation without having to trigger it again from the start. This can be incredibly annoying if the failed process is the last in a long chain of functions.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

While programming experience is not necessary for using Integromat. It can shorten your learning curve if you are familiar with concepts like arrays, iterators, and parsing.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integromat allows us to automate multiple workflows in our business processes and gives us the flexibility to test and create new workflows without interrupting currently deployed systems.

**Official Response from Kateřina Šenková:**

> Hey Philip, thanks a lot for your feedback.

As for your comments, Integromat actually can solve both of these issues.

1. You can clone scenarios. There are two ways to do so, feel free to use the one that suits you better.

Go to the list of all scenarios, you can find a small arrow on the right side of each scenario in the list. Click on the arrow and choose [clone] to duplicate the scenario you want.

The second way may come in handy if you want to clone just a part of a scenario. Open the scenario, hold Shift and drag your mouse to select modules you want to clone. Then copy the selected part, create a new scenario and paste the copied modules there.

2. In case an error occurs and you want to run just the remaining part of the scenario, you may check the incomplete executions storage. By default the storing of incomplete executions is disabled. To enable it, choose the [Allow storing incomplete executions option] in the scenario advanced settings. This allows you to check the error, fix it and run the rest of the scenario. Read more here: https://support.integromat.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001988854-Incomplete-executions

If you don't want to check and fix the errors manually, you can add the Break directive for error handling that will basically try to run the rest of the scenario X times - after Y minutes. https://support.integromat.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009580894-Directives-for-error-handling#Break

Happy automating!

 ### 9. Integromat is a powerful integration tool that has helped me automate my workflows!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

What I like most is the versatility that Integromat offers. In addition to having specific tools for data processing, Integromat provides a range of applications ready to be used.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The learning curve is a little slow in the first week of use, but then it increases significantly

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I managed to solve a problem in lead capture. Through Integromat, I was able to integrate email marketing with CRM and many other apps available. This led to a reduction in lead losses, a much faster lead handling process, and after the integration, manual lead creation processes were automated.

 ### 10. Thx robots

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean F. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Time saving. It also permit me to build my own tools.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

There is no integration with Adobe Sign yet

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fullfil contacts, automatise CRM...

 ### 11. Powerful software that helps us move quickly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan B. | Head of Product, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat is the most flexible workflow automation tool we've tried. Once you learn how to use the workflow builder, the tool is nearly limitless in what you can build with it.

In addition, the execution logs and error handling give us the confidence we need to build critical integrations in Integromat.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Currently no billing option to automatically top up your credits if you run out. They do send warning emails, but we have been caught flat-footed a couple times, leading to service outages.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've used Integromat for everything from simple static site generation, to PDF generation, to integrating our CRM with Google Drive and communications systems, to cron jobs that update partner systems on a schedule. Because Integromat has robust queuing, error handling, etc. it's dramatically faster to test new integrations in Integromat vs. building from scratch.

 ### 12. So far so good

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Art H. | Sales Ops Tech Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

ease of use is on the level. Without dev skills, you basically can build integrations and it's awesome

**What do you dislike about Make?**

maybe search for the modules.. the keyword you put search not only between different apps and functions but also inside the app's tasks

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Backup of the call recordings into the cloud

 ### 13. Brilliant Platform, intuitive and very fast delivery to customer.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel F. | Vice President R&D | Madison IL, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Intuitive, number of integrations and modules in each integrations, connection to services is very simple.
Building flow is very fast. It can be done in minutes.
The Internal tools like Webhook and Datastore, JSON, HTTP requests, etc.. provides huge advantages and again, all with NO CODE.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Time to develop new features in Integromat product is very long. The focus is on adding more and more features instead of improving the product itself.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Compare with Zapier - sometime the integrations in Zapier are better covered.
Check the number of OPerations you will use during your scenario and try to develop it most cost efficient

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No code ! building product based on Integromat without any developer and with excellent TTM ! Very cost effective

 ### 14. the best way to simplify your workflow

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat it's all that I need to simplify my work; it can allow connecting a lot of different platforms to automate all you want

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Sometimes I can't do all that i want because not all tools that I use have integration with integromat

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I optimize all my workflow and growth my business consistently

 ### 15. Integromat over zap

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken G. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

We use both Zapier and Integromat and if we could switch everything over to one service it would be Integromat. The canvas to create workflows is amazing. We love the ability to update to modify any of the workflows without having to start over like zapier. The queue for when workflows go wrong is amazing. We can pick up where we left off very easily and remove offending tasks without losing any tasks that followed after the error.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Wish there were better access to custom fields in WooCommerce and Trello

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integromat helps us connect our HubSpot, Trello and WooCommerce applications together. It's easier to manage than Zapier and saves us tons of money on hiring developers.

 ### 16. Unbelievable value and versatility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anton P. | Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Unbelievable value and versatility. Strongly recommend.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

UX is average, but overall is good. There could be more ed materials

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a core IT system for me and my clients. I am integrating different platforms with this tool.

 ### 17. Best product, we use is daily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul M. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat has allowed us to automate some giant portions of our business for far cheaper than Zapier. Most people probably start with Zapier, and then when things get too complex, they move over to a product like Integromat. For us, we've been able to automate connections to Drip, MailChimp, Mixpanel, Google Sheets. We have over 50 active scenarios.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The only thing I wish was better was the ability to define retry logic for scenarios when they die. For example, sometimes the best thing to do is to just wait 10 minutes and retry again if a certain error is encountered.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were trying to connect a bunch of our marketing and analytics systems without code.

**Official Response from Kateřina Šenková:**

> Hi, Paul, thank you for your feedback!

As for the error handling, you can add the Break directive to your scenarios. When an error takes place, this directive tries to automatically repeat the same action X times - after Y minutes.

Please check this article to read more about the Break directive: https://support.integromat.com/hc/en-us/articles/360009580894-Directives-for-error-handling#Break

Happy automating!

 ### 18. Integromat is the most powerful tool on the internet.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat allows you to connect multiple systems and APIs without coding. It is more powerful and cheaper than Zapier or the alternatives. I have been able to create near enterprise level business processes with Integromat that would have cost me a lot more to get a developer to develop and maintain.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

While it is more powerful than Zapier, it took some time to learn how to best use Integromat. Now that I am familiar, I am moving all of my processes off Zapier.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

If you are not technical at all, use Zapier. If you are even a little technical, you can pick up Integromat and it will be the most powerful tool in your stack.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to connect multiple systems together with complex business logic. Zapier wasn't able to perform the logic the way we wanted. Started researching and found Integromat and now I will never go back!

 ### 19. Simple yet powerful way to integrate lots of very different types of systems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

It's simple enough to get started yet powerful enough to support custom systems and software if needed. It's easy for non-developers to get started with as well. We previously tried using tools like Zapier or Microsoft Flow, but none of those were nearly as powerful or full-featured as Integromat.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The pricing model can be confusing, and you don't know how much you're going to pay until you start building out an integration.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

It's perfect for prototyping before deciding if you want to integrate directly with an API and great for ad-hoc requests. It has a lot of different built-in integrations and allows complex flow logic like filtering at any step as well as routing based on data. The built-in database is also very useful for storing mapping and configurations directly within the tool.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integromat helps my team integrate data from different third-party systems, like CRMs and support software, directly into each other. For example, when a new user asks a question via Intercom, that interaction can automatically trigger our CRM to add a tag and even log a note about when we last interacted with the customer. It also lets us integrate directly with our application and update data within our database based on emails and other interactions from *outside* of our application.

 ### 20. Could not live with out it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat is so incredibly inexpensive for what it provides. I use it to build out complex automations where I used to have to pay a developer to do so. At this point, it feels like anything I can dream up can be accomplished via Integromat.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I just wish I'd known about Integromat sooner, it's changed our entire business. Now anytime a new product or campaign launches, I go through my checklist of connections. Facebook Conversion APIs, email platform APIs, Google Sheets, Slack, and so much more.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Compare the competition and you'll see Integromat is WAY better. It may not be as easy on a newbie, but in the end, it's worth it.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're saving hundreds of man/woman-hours per month so we can focus on things that only humans can do. We use Integromat for stuff like real-time metrics, integrating various platforms, delivering custom products, and more.

 ### 21. Automation Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul B. | Director of Marketing & eCommerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

I used a few other automation tools before finding Integromat, and it was game over once I found it. Integromat is easy to use with a variety to third party platforms and apps, and their interface makes building automation fast and easy.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

There's not an integration with Microsoft BI.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating automated tools with a variety of platforms and apps, and doing it without having to hire a developer to write code to connect to different APIs. Some things that would have costed thousands of dollars and lots of time can be done as part of the plan we're already paying for in just minutes or hours.

 ### 22. Good integration tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zoyrbek B. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

This program helps me to build autonomous processes and, unlike comparable programs, if properly programmed, automation can still remain within the free package, it does not restrict me to restricted capabilities. Your customer service is just incredible, if you get lost. The intuitive user interface adds a lot to automatic situations, and encourages a beginner to do useful automation without code expertise. I see the world and Integromat opened my eyes and facilitated my life.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

There is a certain learning curve, which does not clarify all choices well. Automation schedules are not made easy by competing providers, so it is a little difficult to get started. Maybe a more user-friendly handbook for custom https or Oauth2 requests might be given, but it's all that sophisticated that the bulk of non-coding users would find it too difficult to manage even manuals in some modules.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Once the definition and the force this service unlocks are grasped, heaven is the limit. When you wish to do away with routine jobs and improve the efficiency of your time at work. This is your first decision and this is the first step you can take.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reducing my workflow from thirty minutes to two minutes, which was wonderful. I solved my post-acquisition workflow. That day, I saw a tremendous opportunity for the job routines of everyday people on this site. Save Google Drive documents from an e-mail, monitor file formation, quick and simple documentation, e-mail transfer text to the channel of Telegram, needless text filter, etc.

 ### 23. Its Great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter H. | Company Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

The amount of customization you can setup between integrations

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Nothing to dislike for me, i like everything

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Just get involved and goolge any problems you have or contact support. In my experience there is nearly always a way of acheiving a desired result even if its not imediately obvious.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting different companies API's - mainly an online ordering system with an instore POS.
Also so many other things like a loyalty system database with automated emailing to customers. I also use it for triggering lots of other parts of different API's like requesting report data from my POS and receiving it via whatsapp

 ### 24. Almost Exclusive with it for two years now.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken M. | Business Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

The logic paths and conditional formatting are unparalleled for the price range

**What do you dislike about Make?**

It would be appreciated more if polling and test triggers weren't counted towards actions.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Make sure you have a deep understanding of best practices before launching an automation, also label your nodes or you'll get lost quickly!

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All sorts of business automation from CRM, email management, project management, and onboarding/offboarding.

 ### 25. A great tool for saving time and money - Leaps and bounds ahead of anything else

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noah E. | Systems Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

It is extremely user-friendly and visual. I can send a photo of a scenario and people are much more likely to understand versus if I were to send a photo of a Zap from Zapier.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The documentation is lacking. I'd love to learn more functions and see more examples of them used in different use cases, but this is difficult to find.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primarily eCommerce, supply chain, customer service, and sales processes. I offer automation to businesses and it saves them thousands of dollars a month. It's a no brainer.

 ### 26. A fantastically versatile solution for automation and semi automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tom T. | Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

The support is stellar and there's a really useful and supportive Facebook user group.
There's an extensive range of APIs and integrations.
There's a wish list for future improvements, APIs and integrations.
The interface is visual and intuitive.
There's a clear pricing structure that's highly competitive compared to similar alternative products.
You can set up instant email alerts for any kind of issue or error with a scenario.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Sometimes the third party APIs are slow to update their integrations - such as Pinterest - but that's no discredit to Integromat.
There is a steep learning curve to begin with.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solved all our internal calendaring issues.
Streamlined email filtering.
Gained 10 hours+ back per week through efficiencies generated by using Integromat.

 ### 27. Integromat allows us to be more efficient as an organization.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan R. | Customer Experience, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

We love how Integromat is compatible with almost everything on the internet. Often times we find ourselves saying I wish "x" could interact with "y" and more often than not, Integromat has an answer.

I will also say that their UI is next level and they are constantly developing it, such as the copy-paste feature.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Integromat's support articles can be a little vague and hard to decipher. Further, I wish there were more concrete timelines for new features.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our usage of Integromat is mainly for data processing and aggregating.

 ### 28. Much more powerful than Zapier and a lot cheaper as well!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danny P. | Operations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

I've been using Integromat for more than a year and it has been very useful for our company, Messina Group. I've enjoyed the advanced data manipulation tools that are built in to integromat, as well as their generous pricing. As a past Zapier user, I can confidently say that Integromat is 10x better.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I would say that it is missing a copy & paste functionality, however, they JUST added it! The only think I wish was added is custum fields for Wordpress.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Proccess Automation and Data Syncing

 ### 29. The best Automation Platform That I've used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Connectivity with many apps. Easy to use UI, and the entire workflow system is awesome. Customer support is amazing

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Nothing much. I am happy with everything integromat offers.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Integromat is a thicknit community and a platform that listens to you and implements the changes at the earliest. The recent features such as copy and past of work flows etc were long awaited features with high number of votes and it was implemented. That is what a company should do. I would strongly advice everyone to try out integromat. Integromat is a worthy, strong, economic alternative to many other service providers.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use multiple scenarios with Integromat from connecting my FB leads with my CRM to sending reminders for payment dues.

 ### 30. Amazing Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dru R. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat is a powerful, cost-effective integration tool with great support.

We recently struggled to set up a calendar automation and Aksah Paul (a support engineer) went above and beyond to help solve our issue. We jumped on a call and had it working within 30 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Power often comes with complexity. Integromat is the most cost-effective integration tool that I've used. But there's no free lunch. You will have to learn to use it.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving time and less context switching.

 ### 31. So Many Features and an Incredibly Supportive Community!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ASD A. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat is constantly expanding and adding new features. The community is highly supportive, and the developers are very responsive. Chances are, if you want to create a workflow, there a dozen ways to do it with Integromat.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The API could use some work and I've had difficulty trying to send requests through the API.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Learn your webhooks!

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have used Integromat to automate scheduling, keep track of projects, and even update and track existing automations in a database.

 ### 32. Couldn't Perform Without Integromat

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tucker P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Make?**

I've been an Integromat user for 3 years now and will be for life. I like that Integromat offers out of the box integrations with open source software such as Vtiger. In fact, it is the only api software (at this time) that works seamlessly with community editions of Vtiger, SuiteCRM, and a handful of others.

This allows our company to scale and perform operations for our clients.

The community behind this company is amazing, and the support is very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I can't think of anything I dislike. Everytime I have had a concern support fixes the issue and even went out of their way to help me connect to some software.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Look at the pricing for what you get. There is a ton of value with Integromat. I would suggest optimizing your scenarios to minimize operations and you can do nearly anything with a minimal budget.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integromat allows us to skip long api development times completely and the price points make the ROI easy to earn.

 ### 33. Good product and great price

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Easy of use, we have a number of people using the system and they are able to pick it up quickly with no prior experience. They consistently adding new integrations and it is priced fairly.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

No major complaints. There are some integrations we are egarly awaiting, but I am not sure how they process works, so it might not be on them. Sometimes their support team can be a little on the slow side.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to do a number of integrations with Google Workspace and other SaaS apps, allowing us to automate some workflows. With the way the available library continues to grow, I expect to be able to do even more in the future.

 ### 34. Automate all the things!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donavon Y. | Director of IT and Strategic Planning, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Integromat takes automation to the next level by integrating with an amazing amount of services (with more being added all the time) and they do each integration well, not just to add a name to the list of integrations.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

While the service integrates with an abundant amount of services, they are missing a few obvious ones like Ebay.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're able to integrate internal infrastructure with external services that was previously not possible. This gives us an edge with competition!

 ### 35. A Good tool to automate your routine tasks.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex K. | Lead Tecnical Support, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Easy to use interface.
If used smartly, adds a power of automatization to your workflow.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Since it's based on API's it may be hard to use.
Also, it oftentimes doesn't have features, that the product's API already supports

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Routine task automation.

Mainly transferring data from one system, like Freshdesk, into another, like Slack, or Google sheets.

 ### 36. Leveled up our automations with Integromat

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Moving from Zapier, i liked that I had some more advanced and sophisticated options for working with large sets of data. I was able to get started right away building out an automation to see whether it would be possible or not.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

The more advanced and sophisticated options had a learning curve, which is not something i disliked about integromat, but I was surprised by the lack of documentation/resources/content/examples about certain features and tools.

I don't like how the formula editor works. I wanted to be able to copy/paste formulas from one module to another and that was either not possible or not intuitive enough for me to figure out.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting ClickUp and salesforce.

**Official Response from Kateřina Šenková:**

> Hey, thanks a lot for your feedback!

To copy/paste formulas from one module to another just click to the field you want to copy, press Ctrl+A to select the whole formula and then just use Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V to get it to field you want.

 ### 37. expert automation tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

There is not much you can't do with Integromat. Using either existing connectors or just using Webhooks & API, all kinds of automation actions are possible. I'm using it to pull JSON data, push to MySQL in Google cloud, send emails, monitor Google Sheets, .... Where Zapier is mainstream and easy to use, Integromat is a Swiss knife.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Documentation is not always easy to understand. It would be best if you had some expert level of understanding of how data manipulation is done. The learning curve is quite steep.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

connecting tools, creating triggers, ... stuff not possible with Zapier or other mainstream automation tooling.

 ### 38. Best no-code platform on the market to connect tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean-Sébastien C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Visual interface to create automation scenarii and ability to design complex workflows
Very powerful and easy-to-use platform to exploit APIs of most of common tools on the market (CRMs, customer relation, invoicing, databases, etc.)
Easy to duplicate, change, and understand what and how each automation / data flow scenario works.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Probably not the best tool to sync large databases.
Can be expensive to manage large volumes. Cannot easily manage very specific use cases (with lots of branches) without large and complex scenarios.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting tools and data in a very efficient and easy way, without any coding skills (just a few understandings on how APIs work)

 ### 39. Stellar Automation Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathaniel F. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Easy integration with a tonne of third parties! Works really well for automating marketing processes.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Cannot upload images direct to wordpress from url (well I cannot figure out how to at least!.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

A great time saver for marketing automation. Also can be used to streamline and reduce staffing required for repetitive tasks.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saves a load of time on staffing for outreach and marketing.

**Official Response from Kateřina Šenková:**

> Hi, Nathaniel, thank you for your feedback!

To upload an image to Wordpress from a URL you first need to download it to your scenario using the [HTTP > Get file] module. Once the file is in the scenario you can easily upload it to Wordpress using the [Wordpress > Create a media item] module.

Happy automating!

 ### 40. Integromat changed my life

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis d. | No-code Maker, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

When I discovered Integromat, I discovered that I was able to build software without the need to know how to code. This changed my life forever and I'm now a full time "Integromater".

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I can't wait for the next version of Integromat where I will be able to create scenarios based on scenarios (inception).

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Integromat, I'm helping SME's automating there day-to-day operations.

 ### 41. I can't imagine my cloud work without integromat anymore!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wojciech R. | I, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

A simple, intuitive tool to manage your cloud services. Thanks to this service, I'm only limited by my imagination.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I miss some services that are not connected in to integromat yet... I hope they will add those in the future :)

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have significantly increased the information flow in our company. This allows us to react faster and increase our efficiency.

 ### 42. Great alternative to Zapier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergio B. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

- As many integrations as Zapier has
- Great interface to connect different services visually [graph view]
- Advanced parameters for each connection

**What do you dislike about Make?**

- Missing an integration to write your own programming code to transform data
- Missing a way to link Scenarios with other scenarios

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Growth Hacking via integrations, it did the work we expected

 ### 43. Integromat is a GAME CHANGER

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg M. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

User interface
Diverse functionality
Endless capabilities

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Some more options for storing scenarios would be nice, i.e. folders within folders, version control, etc.
Exporting blueprints as .pdf would be useful

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating an end-to-end ERP system linking Salesforce to Quickbooks Commerce, Xero, Campaign Monitor, Monday, Raisely, our website, etc. etc.

 ### 44. Fantastic! I absolutely love it. It's simple and powerful at the same time.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

A significant number of modules included, easy to use, good docs, responsive support team, and superb design.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I only faced an issue that the module I need (Crisp chat) is not there yet.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I connect different services (forms, slack, scheduling, CRM) and hooks to provide the clients and the team with the information they need fast and accurately. It reduces a lot of manual work, i.e., googles sheet records adding, copying the posts from one place to another, sending emails to clients when something happens.

 ### 45. Our most-recommended integration platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Intuitive visual flow builder for Scenarios, integrates with nearly all platforms we use, easy and customized error-handling

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Copy & paste for modules in the Scenario builder was just added, so my only issue now is minor: waiting on the Converger module, which they have planned (and there are existing workarounds).

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We integrate the various platforms we use quickly and smoothly for our business and some of our clients (e.g. booking calls via Messenger and Calendly while adding leads to our CRM)

 ### 46. Great alternative to Zapier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rube H. | VP, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

developer friendly, you can really integrate everything

**What do you dislike about Make?**

price ramps up quickly, you burn through a lot of transactions

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Please make sure you understand the business model and transactions volume

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

glue between all disparate systems we use in marketing stack.

 ### 47. Good but have to improve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micaela C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

multiple integrations and easy interaction on the platform

**What do you dislike about Make?**

integrations are paused a lot due to errors and it is difficult to integrate with some platforms

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is cheaper than zapier. And we use it to integrate facebook lead ads with google sheet.

 ### 48. Excellent support. Rich features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

Great support
Lot of integration elements. Rich feature set.
Solves real world business integration issues

**What do you dislike about Make?**

There is a limit for scenario execution of 45 minutes. I have some long scenarios which take more than 45 minutes. While I understand the rationale, breaking up the scenario is extra work.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating reports from multiple sources into a consolidated report which can be viewed through Google Data Studio
Consolidated reporting on a monthly basis
Moving data across systems

 ### 49. Brilliant automation platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

The depth of automation that can be achieved across a huge spectrum of cloud applications, plus the ability to integrate with custom-developed API when the need arises.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Improved notification apart from emails would be greatly helpful, e.g. calling a custom webhook when a scenario error or warning occurs would provide much more power to react to critical events.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

A much better and more capable alternative to Zapier.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deeply integrating and automating marketing and sales processes.

 ### 50. The Affordable Developers Response to Zapier

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2021

**What do you like best about Make?**

It is easy to use but allows more complex automations than its competition. I also like how it is updated nearly every day with new features. It is an ever-evolving and expensing product.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

At times it can be not very easy when it comes to testing. It is easy to use up your month's allocation when building new automation as you test out features and try to work through them.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated emails. Ticket assignments and traffic direction.
