What I like best about Make is the flexibility of its visual automation platform. I use it to connect WordPress, webhooks, HTTP requests and OpenAI in fairly complex workflows without having to build everything from scratch.

Once the scenario is correctly configured, the automation is very powerful: filters, retries, error handling and integrations make it possible to create robust business processes while keeping the workflow understandable visually.

I also appreciate that Make can handle both simple automations and much more advanced logic within the same platform. Make offers very good value for the price, especially for complex workflows that would otherwise require custom development. We use Make for orchestration that needs to remain visible to both development and operations. A typical scenario might start with a Custom Webhook, pass through Routers and Filters, and then call external services through HTTP modules. This setup makes it easy to adjust a branch when a business rule changes, without having to ship another version of our API. Error Handlers are where the platform became much more reliable for us. We use Retry, Resume, Skip, Commit, and Rollback depending on the type of failure, and Incomplete Executions give us a way to recover after fixing the underlying issue instead of treating every run as disposable. We really noticed the difference during a synchronization when a provider started returning intermittent rate limits. Our earlier scenarios would simply stop and leave us guessing which records had actually made it through, but adding a retry path made the flow far more predictable. What I still miss are stronger diff and review tools between scenario versions. As scenarios grow, it becomes harder to track what changed and why. To keep things manageable, we try to keep flows small and move more complex logic into .NET when automation shifts from orchestration toward core application code. I love the ability to create automations with almost any platform and how Make is constantly evolving to make automations easier and better. I love that I am able to use AI to help build scenarios but also include AI performance in my scenarios. Once a scenario is set up correctly, it runs perfectly and consistently. If you make an infinity loop accidentally, you can zap all your credits and even go into a deficit. I did that and when I reluctantly purchased more credits to help get me to end of the month when my supply would renew, my extra credits went towards the deficit. That was a learning experience. I like that Make offers a very cheap alternative to expensive AI tool calls while still achieving my goals, and its deterministic nature is a plus. The scenarios feature is the best part, allowing me to create pathways for tasks like research, writing, reading, updating, and sending emails without manual effort, which saves me a lot of time and money. I think it would be really helpful if there was a warning when my subscription plan usage is running higher than the daily average before credits reset. I use Make as the central automation layer for my business, and I really appreciate how it connects all my AI tools with Google and other SaaS applications. It eliminates repetitive manual work and helps me build reliable AI workflows without writing custom code, saving me hours every week. Credit-based pricing can be hard to predict for heavier workflows, and some error messages are vague. Large scenarios also get cluttered on the canvas, so better ways to organize and document them would help. A cost estimate per scenario before running it, and alerts when usage spikes, would help. For errors, I would like clearer messages that point to the exact field that failed. Better search and filtering in execution history and data stores would also save a lot of time. I find Make to be an intuitive tool with a lot of options for creating automations. I love having access to the history of versions, history of runs, and seeing results from past runs because it's visually easy to understand. As someone new to automation, Make had a learning curve that involved quite a bit of trial and error. One of my biggest frustrations was running out of credits unexpectedly, sometimes because a scenario wasn't working properly, and other times because I wasn't aware of the credit consumption for specific actions. Using the Maïa feature to create scenarios also led to high credit usage, causing me to run out of credits quickly. I think Make should provide an estimated credit usage before running a scenario, especially for those of us who are still learning and building. This would help in making informed decisions and avoid wasting credits on experimental runs. I also find it challenging that the lack of free credits during the testing phase can be a big limitation. Another issue is the whiteboard feature, which becomes difficult to navigate as scenarios grow larger. Moreover, the option to run only a portion of a scenario instead of just one module or the whole flow would be really helpful. Integromat lets me connect completely different products and services and create workflows as if they are built to work together. For example, when I receive order in PrestaShop, Integromat can automatically recreate the order in my order ERP system built with Podio. Or when I publish a new product on my PrestaShop online store, Integromat lets me automatically create a blog post about it in WordPress, publish it on Facebook and then publish it on Instagram. With Integromat, I can also integrate Podio and SendInBlue so I can send emails on different events in Podio, like when a user subscribes, and send them an email thru SendInBlue and also track the email events, like open, view, click - directly in Podio. The phone integration is also awesome - you can log all your calls and messages in another system bor backup or just for easier reference.

The workflow builder in Integromat is amazingly flexible and provides excellent flexibility. You don't need to have an IT degree to use it to its best. You can create branches, loops, and all kinds of workflows.

I started Integromat as a free user but then gradually upgraded my plan because the more I use it, the more valuable ways to use it I find.

I use Make to create automations for both learning and freelance client work. Make is really helpful in automating business solutions, saving a lot of time, energy, and improving efficiency. I like the vast number of tools integrated into Make, with over 2,000 apps available, most of which are famous apps, making it easy to connect with any app by searching in Make. The simple drag and drop functionality and settings adjustment inside each module make it very easy to automate business processes and create workflows. The user experience is very good. The thing with Make that could be improved is the integration process for chatbots. When I want to build a chatbot, I wish there was a separate area where I could input a chat message as an input request, rather than it being just inside a module. Also, configuring the settings inside each module can be a bit confusing at times. There's a little bit of a steep learning curve definitely compared to Zapier and similar softwares, which made me need a coach to help get started. It could be more user-friendly with improved onboarding like beginner's guides or tutorials. An onboarding specialist or a Make Academy for new users could make the process smoother. The interface is inviting and does a good job of guiding the user. The pricing is beginner-friendly and transparent, and the allowed usage feels generous. The number of connections a user can make is broad, which gives you plenty of flexibility. You can also debug scenarios and quickly see what needs to be done and where, and saving a scenario has become much more user-friendly.

I love the community sessions that Make provides and get inspired from those.

You are able to use varied LLM's and can evaluate which one to use on what task.

Scenario folders are great and I should rememeber use those more.
