  ### 1. What would I have done without Integromat? I don't want to think about it!

**What do you like best about Make?**

Even though this is not why I use Integromat, I want to point out the excellent customer support. I submit a help request mostly for the scenario I'm working on, and I get an answer within 24 hours with concrete tips on how to solve my problem. I don't get "read this page" kind of redirection or "have you tried X." They look at my scenario and, when appropriate, even put extra modules in it to demonstrate exactly how to solve it. 

The primary thing about Integromat is that I can see things work. I just love seeing the flow live. I also love going back to the history and seeing how exactly things did not work out. 

At one point I was using Integromat and Zaiper at the same time. I have since canceled Zapier. I have no reason to use it.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I wish it has a few more operations in the plans.
Like 20% more would be amazing. At this point, I sometimes go over the limit and I have to fork out a few more bucks to cover for it. Alternatively, if it were 20% cheaper that could make up for it. But the overflow has only happened once or twice, so it's not a major complaint.

There are a few features that are highyl requested. They are being worked on, so I'm awaiting for them. (i.e. organizing scenarios in folders, having a "CONVERGE" module being the two most important ones for me)

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use this to run a company where there is a lot of information to be managed. It automates so much of what I have to do (i.e. make sure people submit things on time, make sure data is imported from one database to another in a different format so information is synched up, make webapp building easier because I have less "server-side code" to write.

Without this, I would have to do all of that myself, which I don't even want to think of doing.
I would also have to ask people to do additional grunt work, which I don't want to ask them to do.

There are things human beings are good at, and there are things machines are good at. I want all the things machines are good at to be done by Integromat. Let the human beings focus on complex human things. Integoramat can deal with the complicated data things.

You can build any flow you want/need in a very easy way. Even non technical members can create their own pipes with a basic learning.
Many integrations are available and you can make curl, so you can do (almost) everything you want.


**What do you dislike about Make?**

Filter conditions are not completely flexible. You need to input workarounds with more conditions than desired.


**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

If you're a startup which works with several services (not a suite), it's really recommendable.
You can connect the services, joining information from several sources and create customized reports, for example.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main initial reason was to connect Segment and Pipedrive, which are not integrated between them.
Then, in a enviroment with many tools, Integromat helps to glue them, adding value at the same time

Really easy to connect different services together with your own routing logic. Does require a logical brain - ideally someone who has coded at some point in their lives - but doesn't require you to learn any new programming languages at all.

Help system is not well written - takes a lot of head scratching, but their support people are really good

Integromat is easy to use and takes a programmatic approach to create quick and easy integrations with a multitude of services to automate tasks and solve problems.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

It can sometimes be difficult to solve extremely simple problems with Integromat, but that is only due to its powerful nature and utter potential uses.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

If you're not already in the mindset of automating and speeding up any and all processes within your business, I would advise heading in that direction. It makes the transition to Integromat much quicker and easier to understand.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run a huge section of our internal business solutions through Integromat, and have not even had to upgrade past the basic $10/mo plan! We have realized that while Integromat can be considered a "dependency" of sorts, most businesses end up having them anyway, and in our case, we are glad ours is Integromat.

There are so many built in operations for common tasks in a variety of platforms that make it easy to offload work onto the robot.

It was pretty easy to make mistakes as a newbie, and trying to tame the code for a shared server hosted by a company that seems to have an exception for everything listed on stackoverflow.

Has a lot of features that need to be implemented a specific way, so be patient. The results are worth it.

The user interface is well design and the way to connect together the different API/apps is very intuitive and it's offer all the feature ou need, you can basically do what every you want with your data

Really there is no down side to Integromat, It's just perfect

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solve almost all my problems ! With Integromat we extract in real time the booking data coming form our hotel reservation manger. Once we have these data in integromat we can use them to create event in a google calendar (like cleaning or check-in event), marketing report using google data studio + goolge sheets, 
and even automated our accounting. The nice this is that even if your app is not already integrated with Integromat, you can make the connection your self as long as the app you want to add has an API.

I enjoy how easy it is to figure out how to use the scenarios, but also at the same time how customizable it is to run very advanced scenarios.

I wish there were just a few more connections, especially with Acumatica.

Be patient with some of the connectors. They're a bit nuanced, but very powerful!

Before we utilized Integromat, most of our inventory sheets were manually sent to customers, or manually uploaded to customer FTPs. With Integromat, we were able to automate our inventory feeds going to customers.

**What do you like best about Make?**

The UI is simply amazing! Having the capacity to utilize moving to orchestrate and rework modules to make constructing a procedure is the best approach. I strolled into integromat with restricted coding learning. This site has enabled me to complete things in a short measure of time that my IT office let me know would take for a moment to code by hand. It is likewise pleasant that they have choices to include web benefits that are not as of now included.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Contenders like Zapier actually handhold you through the way toward working out a combination. Integromat then again leaves a ton of the setup to you. This is definitely not a terrible thing and they do manage you through it however it is takes more idea (not such an awful thing) and tender loving care to get your first situation manufactured.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Utilize this product, as long as it offers the projects you have to associate with. It is the best one out there!There are decent and accommodating indications however they are quick and painless and at times don't give you the genuine data you need. Their help has been useful in any case.

We have information that should be shared among numerous stages. The underlying information sends out starts as a messaged csv document from the ace framework. That csv record is then piped to the majority of our different stages and checked appropriately by means of Integromat. The ability to set up integrations to any API using generic connectors. The HTTP, JSON, XML, and other generic modules are feature rich and capable of establishing connections to any API you need - no need to wait for them and/or your chosen software to implement the connection. You can even set up regular polling for changes if your software's API doesn't support Webhooks.


**What do you dislike about Make?**

Not much, actually. Integromat has everything that Zapier was missing.

Establishing connections between various online software systems that don't otherwise talk to each other.

Flexibility and price. It has more advanced features like Routing, triggering on changed records (Airtable in our case) and others.

Might be a bit overwhelming compared to Zapier or IFTTT, especially for non-techies, but they have good documentation

Things like sending a reminder via email for records from Airtable with a due date. This is not really possible with Zapier (only once).

A great tool to create integrations between apps.  Loads of functionality and new apps are being added daily.  A Zapier killer due to the attractive subscription levels.

There is a steep learning curve on some functionality (aggregators and integrators) and the help could be more comprehensive.  It would be great if we could share developed scenarios with other users.

It offers a good integration designer, with conditional logic, loops and other tools that you won't fine on other services.

Think the support is a little off yet... Had a problem with one of the connectors months ago and got no solution. Had to use HTTP request instead.

Use the trial and experiment. Try for a month and see the fit. This is a good product.

Integrating about 20 SaaS services to optimize workflows and reduce tedious repetition.

Integromat is just insanely powerful. Before integrom, i'd either use basic automation software like zapier, or have to write code and build a lot of things to connect stuff together. Integromat allows for robust, reliable, and insanely advanced automations to be put together in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I could probably think of a few integrations that don't work as you'd like them to, but mostly i'd love to have data within integromat. Like readily accessible (fast) and with a UI that allows you to test etc.

You can go pretty far with integromat, the webhook feature allows you to essentially build micro web services in minutes, while more lengthy scenarios Can run on a daily cron.

I like Integromat because it gives me more fine-grained control over my automations than Zapier. I also like the visual interface, it's helpful for me personally the way I process information.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

There is a learning curve -- but, even though i have no coding background, I have found I am able to teach myself most things, and then the support is very helpful - they made me a screencap video showing me how to do exactly the thing i needed.

We use it to implement automation with Airtable. Airtable would not be a useful tool at all without it.

What I love the most is their support, everytime I have a question, they are right there with you, answering and helping you.

I'm no developer so everytime I needed something done, I would have to go to my developers. With this tool I can deploy stuff faster.

There's lots you can do with Integromat. The list of apps it integrates with is growing every week and there are a plethora of built-in formatting and processing tools that allow you to create some quite complex automations.

The learning curve is steep and the UI can be quite complex for new users - some improvement here would be good.

Ease of use is amazing for the complexity that you can implement. Integrates with a big number of apps, you can achieve much more than with IFTTT or Zapier. Very easy configurations and debugging.  Very powerful features, can replace an application middleware no problem. 

**What do you dislike about Make?**

More integration with devices (phones) would be nice. At the moment you can get information from the phone (location, etc.) but e.g. you can not trigger a http request on the phone.

Automating private and business workflows between a multitude of Saas platforms is a breeze with this thing.

**What do you like best about Make?**

The platform functions more like an actual tool than some of the alternative api integrators on the market. You have a clean dashboard with a simple menu structure and you can easily view, manage, and build unique scenarios. The nice thing about the scenario builder is that you can very easily see your scenario and the elements that make up the scenario as well as click to preview the flow. It might sound silly but a little dot then shows you exactly how your scenario flows.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

Competitors like Zapier literally handhold you through the process of building out an integration. Integromat on the other hand leaves a lot of the setup to you. This isn't a bad thing and they do guide you through it but it is takes a bit more thought (not such a bad thing) and attention to detail to get your first scenario built.

**Recommendations to others considering Make:**

Make sure you take the time to understand the system and truly understand how your scenarios are being setup. There are very nice and helpful hints but they are short and sweet and occasionally do not give you the real information you need. Their support has been very helpful however.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have data that needs to be shared among multiple platforms. The initial data exports begins as an emailed csv file from the master system. That csv file is then funneled to all of our other platforms and marked accordingly via Integromat. We are still figuring out the ropes but seems like a great platform.

Flows are visual, they can be split and aggregated,  and all basic text/number manipulation is done 'inline' and not as another step! I used a bunch of tools like this one, and the usability here is much better.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

A large number of scenarios can start to become hard to manage. Some version control and review processes can be helpful.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating integrations between different platforms without making it a full-on Dev project.

The UI is just awesome! Being able to use dragging and dropping to arrange and rearrange modules to make building a process is the way to go. I walked into integromat with very limited coding knowledge. This site has allowed me to get things done in a short amount of time that my IT department told me would take quite awhile to code by hand. It is also nice that they have options to add web services that are not already added.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

How much time I waste playing with features I don't really need but that interest me. Don't get me wrong this is not their fault. Everything on Integromat's side is great. I just find my self drifting away from task something when I see something shiny or a squirrel.

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am getting tasks built very quick that can search my database at regular intervals and then perform manipulation of the data and output it on the web where I need.

Hmmm.. I guess nothing. It is solving all my issues with ease and great support. Cannot ask for more.

Integromat can connect many services, even many of those, which aren't supported by alternative solutions. You can run telegram bots, set up a database for your App, or just connect Google sheets with your Mail. It just works.

The visual interface of designing paths is great, yet sometimes fails to explain to you which service you need to put at a specific place.

Go for it. It's good.

ok documentation but need more....that will come in town as usage increases

**What do you like best about Make?**

Very intuitive software! Linking systems and data together is now so easy and fun. Im a huge fan of the drag-and-drop structures. Overall, it has a wide array of tools to connect online accounts and systems that prior to Integromat wouldnt normally communicate well with each other (if at all)!



**What do you dislike about Make?**

Support for the software is declining, takes days to get help/response.

connecting social media, managing projects and bank accounts

some of lesser used features with some modules have not been implemented well and/or tested completely

**What do you like best about Make?**

The interface on Integromat is absolutely wonderful. If you are a more visual person, it is a must-have. It's also very easy to pick up, and they provide awesome support. When we had one feature that wasn't working quite as expected, they went out of their way to help us solve it for our account.

**What do you dislike about Make?**

I can't think of anything offhand - we have yet to run into any issues using this software. 

**What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to integrate our platforms with each other, specifically pipedive, Google Sheets, and gmail.
