**What do you like best about Integration Simplified 4 Procurement?**

It was our great fortune to work with Integration Simplified 4 Procurement to migrate from ITK to ITK Lite using BTP. They display in-depth knowledge of BTP and the integration requirements for connecting SAP Ariba to our non-SAP ERP. They made the process straightforward and were always there to support us. They provided excellent documentation and plenty of knowledge sharing. We would gladly utilize their services in the future.

**What do you dislike about Integration Simplified 4 Procurement?**

No downsides come to mind. The team was great to work with and we experienced professionalism from start to finish.

**What problems is Integration Simplified 4 Procurement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ITK is no longer supported by SAP and we needed to move to a new ITK Lite product to integrate between SAP Ariba and our non-SAP ERP. Integration Simplified 4 Procurement is solving multiple problems for us such as implementation of a new integration platform, migration from the old platform, technical documentation, design, and validation. They started with our ITK tool and helped us build a scalable and simplified integration tool using SAP BTP that can be maintained by our team after cutover.

**What do you like best about Integration Simplified 4 Procurement?**

The product was fairly easy to deploy with a turn around time of less than three months. we were able to deploy it without impacting overall project timelines by utilizing already existing infrastructure. The knowlege transfer was within reasonable demand.

**What do you dislike about Integration Simplified 4 Procurement?**

So far, we have not encountered any significant issues that would make for a bad rating.

**What problems is Integration Simplified 4 Procurement solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now able to manage our data flows, significantly having a positive impact on data quality. This has allowed end users to turn around tasks much faster and also enabled support teams to be much more proactive with data integration issues.
