What do you like best about Integrately?

- Integration with various tools. Eg: Tawk.to, Exotel, Brevo, Sql database, AiSensy (other tools don't have this exact combination)

- Easy to use

- Better Pricing Slabs

- Quick Service

- Functionality to make changes in the data (in-route) before processing and storing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrately?

- We recommend to introduce a time-delay functionality in execution of trigger (when). It can be based on a Date & Time parameter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?

The combination of business tools that we used at Beyond Enough, were not available with most of the other platforms.

1st Problem: All our consumer lead data was segregated (sources of capture). We had to bring together the entire data into a CRM & CDP.

Integrately has their own CRM (companyhub), which is what we started using first and later we got introduced to Integrately.

2nd Problem: Capture as much Lead Data possible (parameters)

3rd Problem: Based on the parameters, design an architecture for Outbound-Marketing.

What do you like best about Integrately?

Vishnu was super helpful when I was having trouble connecting two apps to get project and client names from one to the other. He and the team seemingly worked on it overnight, and a day later they had figured it out and set it up for me. His willingness to help me create the automations, before I had even subscribed, sets Integrately apart from some other SAAS providers in the iPaaS space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrately?

I don't think there are any downsides at this time. I do worry about its longevity compared to more established iPaaS solutions, but right now it meets my modest small business needs affordably with a price tier that works for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
