
change. One thing, nevertheless, has been constant: INTEGRATED MLM has been and still is the undisputed leader in direct selling technology since its creation in 2005. Over the past 18 years, I have worked as an IT executive at two Integrated MLM client firms and as a technology consultant, developing tech solutions for over 30 Integrated MLM clients. During this time, I have made substantial use of the Exigo platform. I use Integrated MLM almost every day in the latter post, which includes my present position as VP of IT for STL people. The adaptability of the Exigo complete stach platform is what I appreciate most about it; the open Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service is the one aspect of the Integrated MLM full stack platform that I would want to see improved. I have experience working as a technology provider, so I know how important it is to have a ticketing system in place to record (sometimes detailed) information regarding requests and defect reports. That is accomplished by the integrated multilevel marketing ticketing system, and their crew performs an excellent job of providing precise and thorough answers. However, for escalations that need a prompt response, I wish there was a means to contact their support staff and my account manager by chat or phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
