It helps us to be on top of things when other users request to close, open, and edit matter details. The software also helped us understand certain requests from other users by using templates compared to composing an email, which will sometimes be different from person to person. This time, by using this product, we now have a systematic way of sending requests. **What do you dislike about Risk & Compliance?** There's nothing I don't like about this product. This product is great and helped us be more productive and organized. Our main goal using this product is to track who send requests to edit our matters and this product has met our expectations. **Recommendations to others considering Risk & Compliance:** It's a great tool for additional added organization within the company. If you are looking to add another level of organization and be able to track all requests regarding matter editing, closing, and re-opening, I highly recommend this product. This product helped us with our day to day task and made our day easier and faster. **What problems is Risk & Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are glad that we were able to use Intapp Open. This helped us be more productive and organized with our day to day tasks. Now, we were able to track every requests that comes our way. All in all, this produst is great and I definitely would recommend this to others. ### 2. I like the multiple choice/short answer questions. **What do you dislike about Risk & Compliance?** The drop down menus are sometimes hard to locate. **Recommendations to others considering Risk & Compliance:** Be thorough when providing answers to new client questions. **What problems is Risk & Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to open up new client matters for attorney approval. ### 3. It has become much easier to submit conflicts than the previous system, and it's very easy to keep track of the progress of my submitted requests. **What do you dislike about Risk & Compliance?** I have nothing negative to say about Intapp. It has done everything I wanted it to do. **Recommendations to others considering Risk & Compliance:** 10/10 recommend. **What problems is Risk & Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest benefit with Intapp for me is saving time.
