This software is very user friendly. I really like how you can run reports that are very comprehensive and export to excel with filters already build in, patient portal, update of the software, insync university, customer service, and speed of the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like for the patient portal to be offered in another language besides English. There is sometimes a slight delay when you submit a support ticket but it has gotten better in the past few months. It would be nice to see when you submit a support ticket, get a response back saying your request has been submitted and provide updates on your request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to have a voice in enhancements and the features that are offered. InSync is exceptional at listening to their clients and allowing them input in the products they use.
