In addition, it allows me to create customizable surveys that I can use to obtain information and thus know that I need to improve in my marketing campaigns or in which aspects I should focus to make an impact strategy, before using Insticator, the agreement was something complicated, but thanks to the information that everyone provides us, we are already on the same page. Its administration team is very attentive, and helped me to clarify some doubts that arose while using the program. **What do you dislike about Insticator?** The functionalities are somewhat limited, I think they should add more functions to further improve the user experience. Speaking of billing a little, the payment reports arrive a bit late, causing problems in the control of my finances since I like to have everything in order, it is not a big problem, but I do think that they should have that option up to date. **What problems is Insticator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication problems within my marketing team were frequent and were basically leading my company to ruin, until one day it occurred to me to use Insticator and I could see from my first how I improved this whole situation, the problem of lack of Communication was completely solved, since this tool provided us with quite useful information that allowed us to focus our strategies on that information presented, which considerably helped the work flow. ### 3. They were also very patient with us as we worked through a longer-than-typical internal implementation process. They also have an amazing ad ops team that generate significant revenue in addition to the engagement from the widget. **What do you dislike about Insticator?** We have had issues getting our monthly billing reporting in a timely fashion. However we are deploying at a network level, and they continue to work with us on this issue. Their new reporting dashboard is top notch and resolves the issues we previously had. **Recommendations to others considering Insticator:** They are very helpful, and I would take the support they offer. If you take the help they offer your onboarding process will be very smooth and you will get up to speed quickly. **What problems is Insticator solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have primarily used Insticator as a programmatic revenue partner, but we are now focusing on trying to make their engagement widget a part of our content strategy. ### 6. They are consistently among our top performing partners. **What do you dislike about Insticator?** They are constantly working on partners on their end, sometimes I can't keep up with them in keeping my ads.txt up to date for example. **Recommendations to others considering Insticator:** Be sure to customize the widget to meet your needs. **What problems is Insticator solving and how is that benefiting you?** Although we are not using the widget anymore, their widget provided an opportunity to monetize while promoting our own quizzes on site. When we moved away from our quizzes, the continued to provide solid revenue in display only advertising. ### 7.
