**What do you like best about InStereo?**

InStereo has a team of experienced professionals that worked with us to identify the goals, use cases, and testing that we couldn't achieve on our own. InStereo just delivered on what they promised. We have a quite complicated process system that was developed by a couple of different organizations, and they've rapidly mastered those procedures to assist us respond fast when we have challenges. In many aspects, InStereo is quite strong: their weekly update meetings keep us informed and allow us to provide highly open updates to our staff.

**What do you dislike about InStereo?**

Nothing at the moment; we are pleased with the outcomes. The only drawback I can think of is that "our favorite developer" was rarely available to work on a brief project, but this hasn't been a significant issue because everyone at InStereo has done an excellent job.

**Recommendations to others considering InStereo:**

They prominently promote that they are "CPQ" oriented, which they are, but they offer much more to the table. Consider an MSA if you require CPQ as well as other assistance, such as with a lighting project. If your scope is well specified with agreed-upon deliverables, your project will be a success.

**What problems is InStereo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We resolved manual processing outside of SFDC by creating an inefficient and ultimately wasteful quote for our clients. We were also able to automate renewals by implementing CPQ and contract objects. I also had an Arrangement with InStereo to perform some work for which we had the necessary skill set. They have a large bank and access to various "recipes" created elsewhere that we are glad to pay for. They also done an Outstanding job translating our lighting knowledge base.

**What do you like best about InStereo?**

They are easily find the executive gaps and process inefficiencies in process or business. instantly taking a decision on any update or provide to solutions that is the best thing.

**What do you dislike about InStereo?**

Sometimes they unable to reached out immediately but they very respectfully revert on that problem.Instereo are not a common service provider I believe it is very expensive.

**What problems is InStereo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instereo provide the outsourcing solutions B2B , automations and also provide sales and marketing services to achieve revenue growth.they basically solving business problems.

We don't have many reasons to dislike anything.

**Recommendations to others considering InStereo:**

Leave no stone unturned. If you need support in any capacity when onboarding new tech and considering InStereo, dont be afraid to address hurdles and limitations as well as your desires and goals.. The staff at InStereo has been wonderful in addressing both our concerns and desires and finding appropriate solutions or alternatives.

**What problems is InStereo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to properly help support our team members with the insights that we have gained through our Instereo meetings. We would have implemented Salesloft by ourselves, sure. But
