The most helpful thing is that it removes the routine work. We set it up and embedded it once, and after that the feed basically runs on its own: new posts show up, the page stays up to date, and the client doesn’t have to message us every time asking, “Can you update the block on the website?” For us as a studio, that’s a real time-saver.
On the plus side, it looks clean on mobile as well, and we haven’t had any serious issues while using it. When we did have small setup questions, support replied fairly quickly and with practical answers. Overall, it’s just an easy way to add social proof to a site without extra development or ongoing maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing major, but a couple of small things. I’d love a few more ready-made design presets so we can match a client’s style even faster without tweaking every detail. Also, the update/refresh timing depends on the plan, so if a client expects posts to appear instantly, we sometimes have to explain that it updates on a schedule (not in real time). Other than that, it’s been solid for our use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
