**What do you like best about Instacap?**

The most helpful thing about Instacap is that it makes things easier for any kind of business and it has also helped me for expanding my business to a great extent.

**What do you dislike about Instacap?**

I think that if there would be more visual tools, the software would have been a great experience for me, but till now it was a good experience, maybe it could have improved, but hoping to see more improvements in future.

**What problems is Instacap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instacap has helped me solve problems like customer engagement, solving disputes between our customers and retailers, and many more things. Also, this software is handy and easy to use.
