Civitas Learning is a learning and student insights platform that provides instructors, advisors, and students with a variety of tools that are intended to help improve student performance. With applications like Illume, Hoot.me, and Degree Map, Civitas Learning offers many different ways for instructors and advisors to both keep track of student progress and help students find the best path towards getting their degrees. The platform features a great amount of real-time data about each student, allowing for stronger insights and a better understanding of what can be done to help each student.

**What do you like best about Inspire?**

Software is not difficult to use. Helps with smart goals and objectives and key results performance.

**What do you dislike about Inspire?**

There isn't many issues or dislikes. It sometimes comes down to many competing applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Inspire:**

A good tool to consider if your organization is shooing for a performance management system.

**What problems is Inspire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a platform that helps manage 360-degree performance management and structured tool for employee goal setting.

**What do you like best about Inspire?**

I like that students can incorporate their breaks.  Also advisors can designate classes that are required so students will be notified if they attempt to not register for the course.

**What do you dislike about Inspire?**

The program may be confusing for first time users.

**What problems is Inspire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding a schedule when students have a complicated schedule.

It’s easy to use and helpful for our objectives to manage educational insights from a distinct, centralized platform. 

**What do you dislike about Inspire?**

There’s nothing I’d point out that I dislike at the moment.

We’ve been able to use data to analyze different educational outcomes and to provide support for people in the educatIon system.
