**What do you like best about Innvikta?**

Innvikta has a vast variety of training content which includes short videos, infographics, comics, posters, and games too. Everytime is it something new, and since we now know that the trainings have interesting scenerios, our team ends up watching it as soon as they arrive. Their technical support is great and we are able to create interesting phishing tests with their help.

**What do you dislike about Innvikta?**

Innvikta's training is a big upgrade for us as compared to what we were doing before this. Nothing that i dislike yet. They also let us upload our internal training content to their platform.

**What problems is Innvikta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have a lot of training content related to various threat vectors and our team appreciates the simple way these things are explained. Innvikta's platform is easy to use, and anybody can get a hang of it in a day. Innvikta is doing a great job by creating awareness helping companies train their users.

We are an marketing agency and have multi platform uses which are connected to company domains, there are multiple strange links clicking that happens in everyday bases. Innvikta has helped us understand good links and fraud links. They very well understood the structure of our company and made plans and sessions tailored to our understandings. Has help team understand for better over how an human error can cause terror to the entire organisation! Nakul especially has a great way of explaing and guiding team.
