So then, we started attending every info session available. Then we moved our licensing over. Then we moved a few projects over and they knocked it out of the park. She is very hands-on and knowledgeable. With her direct experience from being on the other side of the table, she can quickly understand and analyze the issues from the user's point of view. She is also very responsive and action-oriented and keeps things moving. Innovia also has a rich pool of resources on various subjects. A combination of customer focus and supplemental expertise makes engagement with Innovia very productive for us. **What do you dislike about Innovia Consulting?** It took a little longer to get set up and start using the services of Innovia. But as stated above, now things are moving quite well. **Recommendations to others considering Innovia Consulting:** We have a strong IT team that is quite capable. So we defined our needs very specifically, deciding where we use Innovia services and internal IT resources upfront. So, for simple, quick consultation needs, we use on-demand consultation coordinated by Holly with Innovia's subject matter experts. For more significant programming development projects, our IT team collaborates with Innovia. This two-prong approach makes it very efficient and cost-effective for us. **What problems is Innovia Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our engagement with Innovia has been for just under a year, but it has been a very rich experience. During the first few consultations, they did a great job walking us through portions of Microsoft Navision that we were already using but didn’t grasp how to utilize efficiently. A comment from one of our staff summed it all up nicely when he mentioned after a training session that one of the settings he changed during the training, based on Innovia’s recommendation, paid for the sessions because of the time it saved him. Their expertise is in the effective use of NAV in manufacturing. So, our focus has been around all aspects of operations, covering production, procurement, logistics and order processing. Our operations team is pleased to have Innovia as a resource to show how to use NAV efficiently and address some of the process issues with their creative solutions. Besides direct consultations, problem-solving and programming, they also offer exposure to industry’s best practices through participation in their customer conferences. One such experience led us to select an add-on module, based on the experience of other customers in the conference addressing the same issues. As our newly signed NAV partners, we are now working with Innovia to install this add-on. In other words, technical knowledge and experience is only part of the picture when it comes to people. I place a heavy emphasis on soft skills and look for three ‘C’s in my employees and partners – culture, chemistry and creativity. Innovia perfectly captures that. It starts with the Innovia leadership and it spreads like wildfire throughout the organization. They take the time to learn our business, our employees and provide a dedicated account executive that is a non-billable resource to us so we can freely talk about process improvements, solutions, participate in demos, etc. Their team is part of our success. Additionally, their stable of application consultants are ERP and subject matter experts that come from the industry they focus on. For example, if we have a production challenge in the business, they have manufacturing experts to help us troubleshoot and brainstorm and there is a development team behind them that execute on the design plan and programming. **What do you dislike about Innovia Consulting?** I wish they had 24/7 coverage to match our global business needs. **Recommendations to others considering Innovia Consulting:** Their sole focus is on NAV and Business Central and that is extremely effective. They have dedicated application consultants, project managers, account managers and developers. This is more effective than having one person wearing all those hats. Our experience with multiple partners has proven that. **What problems is Innovia Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?** For ERP implementations and upgrades, they provide the expertise and resources to help complete these projects as our small internal team wouldn't have the capacity to handle this. They bring multiple points of view and industry best practices to the table when brainstorming new ideas and their documentation discipline helps make us self-sufficient when training employees on a business process change in NAV and other scenarios within our environment. Bringing our international locations onto Business Central SaaS and leveraging a master data management solution to create information visibility between tenants is another solution and benefit they are providing us. ### 19.
