**What do you like best about Innovia Consulting?**

Great business value. Innovia provides direction that they consider to be best practice - offering solutions they would use themselves.

**What do you dislike about Innovia Consulting?**

Only offering support for Business Centeal and NAV.

**What problems is Innovia Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

On multiple occasions Innovia Consulting has helped guide our decision making. With both our Power Automate and Business Central implementations, Innovia made suggestions that sent us down the right path and helped us avoid making mistakes that would waste time and money.

> Thanks Kyle, for sharing your feedback on G2. We always aim to be a trusted business advisor, and we are happy to hear that we pointed you in the right direction. We do only support the Business Central ERP because we feel that adding other systems to our portfolio would dilute our expertise. However, we look at strategic opportunities to leverage other Microsoft products like the Power Platform, Azure, and M365 to help you and our customers get more out of your BC (or NAV) system.
