**What do you like best about Infracore?**

Absolutely seamless. Our IT manager was there every step of the way, and acted as if he was part of the company from day one. It was as if we had an IT Director in-house on day one. Further, about two years into the engagement, one of the techs left Infracore, and they replaced him seamlessly - we didn't have to deal with the hiring of a new resource.

**What do you dislike about Infracore?**

Nothing!  Excellent on all fronts. We are very pleased with their service.

**Recommendations to others considering Infracore:**

They are very values-aligned. Ensure that your values match theirs at the beginning.

**What problems is Infracore solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a smaller company growing rapidly, we had no in-house IT experience. We needed desktops/laptops set up for new hires, we needed to ensure that our security measures were in place, and we had numerous help desk-related issues that needed handling. Infracore provided us with an IT manager and 2 full-time resources (one in-house), and essentially took the entire IT operations off of our (my) plate.
