It's very simple to login and find pay information, a copy of my contract, and leave requests among other things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not come across any features that give me problems. One slightly annoying thing is that the pay part of the website gives different information than actually downloading the pay stub. I don't know why it can't all be in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

* The software is upgraded often and patches seem to be well tested internally before release.

* We have never had a failure during our patching process, knock on wood.

* Optimization seems alright, although you may find my thoughts on this in the dislike list.

* Seemingly required to use this software in my industry -- not that this is necessarily the worst thing in the world.

* Optimization is average at best -- the program is sluggish, even on modern hardware. I wonder if a faster database backbone would help.

* Old GUI -- difficult to learn and navigate without prior experience.

* Upgrade process isn't awful, but could be more user friendly. Again, there's a small learning curve and we check notes when updating for procedure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best is all of the different functions it has, especially it's ability to sync with Canvas. This makes grading so easy and lessens the occurrence of error when putting grades in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that it would combine some aspects of Classic SIS and SIS 360. My administrators are not able to use the new 360 because it doesn't have the functions they need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we can do many things at the same time. I like that i can pull most reports out to Excel to analyze and then import the information back in with any corrections or additions needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

some areas of the system don't talk to the other - example would be budget imported in from Provisional does not flow through to Payroll. We have to retouch payroll every year to match to budget codes, FTE it would be great if once we roll that the budgeted info would flow through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The customization and information available in the reports is astonishing. There hasn't been a portion that has not exceeded my expectations compared to other company information system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Initially starting the product was a bit daunting. There will be a lot of information and options thrown at you. AR.. I use AR a lot. And have many many issues with it... also not all support staff give the same answer for the same question... especially around AR Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Friendly user interface, very efficient. It has great tools to create reports. Cell Sense is very useful in making reports. Info Link is great tool to retreave the data from different tables Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
