**What do you like best about Indellia?**

The ability to collect and act on customer feedback has greatly improved since using Indellia. The platform uses AI to analyze feedback, automatically detects emerging trends, customer sentiment, and any potential issues before they escalate. This provides us with actionable insights that can be used to improve product quality, and optimize the customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Indellia?**

I can't think of anything, and we've been using it for a year.

**What problems is Indellia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the AI-powered alerts to notify us when significant trends or anomalies occur, which allows us to act quickly and respond proactively improving the customer experience.
