"Well Thought out product"

What do you like best?

ease of use and customer service. Phone and remote support is always helpful and explain resolutions to the issues we have in detail. It keeps us from repeating the same mistakes over and over.

What do you dislike?

closing out of one or multiple windows within the financial side to look up balance or account gl listing on another screen

It may seem daunting at first but when it comes down to it, they get the job done and are very helpful.

"Great for accounting"

What do you like best?

We use Tyler for our accounting department. it keeps track of all out accounts and what we will to them. It has many fields where we can capture and search for the information we need.

What do you dislike?

It can be challenging to find all the fields you are looking for. If you use it often you will be come familiar, if not it can be confusing to use

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to actually track spending in a way we couldn't before. I can run a report in minutes to find out we are with an account.

"Excellent Product"

What do you like best?

The support is very helpful. They make sure to take the time to resolve your issue. I really like that they send a follow up email and I can reference it later.

What do you dislike?

Nothing yet. I have not encountered a problem they can't fix or help with.

"Excellant Customer Support"

What do you like best?

The support team for Incode 10 goes above and beyond to make sure your problem is solved. I recommened them to many peers at other utility functions.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike but when we get updates there are parts that don't work the same as they did before the update, however support is right on getting back.

"Overall Impression "

What do you like best?

I like how Tyler continues to make their products work work with all platforms.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes we are told certain platforms will work with others but it either doesn't happen or is 12-18 months out.

I would recommend.

Trying to streamline all city functions under one vendor. We have almost accomplished this. Still waiting for a robust work order platform.

"Experience with Tyler Incode"

What do you like best?

The user interface is friendly and fairly easy to navigate. Customer support usually is fairly quick to solve any issues.

What do you dislike?

We had a bad install, go live but have worked toward getting rid of the kinks. Still discover things that did not convert well or work correctly in the first year or so.

"Happy Customer"

What do you like best?

I like the constant available support from the Incode representatives. They are very helpful and give excellent customer service.

What do you dislike?

The price for texting and calling is not reasonable. There are other companies that complete the same job for $0.03 per call/text.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are trying to be more efficient and Incode is helping us do that.

"I love INCODE and all of its add-ons. "

What do you like best?

I love all the options for add ons. The software is very user friendly and makes work much easier.

What do you dislike?

We have had a few problems with VX since we switched over. We lose connection often and a few small glitches but are working through them one at a time.

"Business Analyst"

What do you like best?

I like the layout of the application and the reports. I also like how easy it is to configure and admin the application.

What do you dislike?

I do not like the fact we are still on 2017 and not Incode X. The fact that we are not on SQL doesnt help.

We are dealing with lots of customer service issues. Indcode makes it easier to show people what they owe and need to pay.

"Looking forward to using Tyler moving forward for our UB Needs"

What do you like best?

The ability to manage a majority of tasks from the customer account is great. I really like the dashboard as I can see what needs to be completed

What do you dislike?

Not allowing ach payments through IVR- starting our implementation and I do not have any dislikes yet., however I heard that they do not support the ach through IVR which is something that we currently have

"Works Well, Not Intuitive"

What do you like best?

As far as the actual functionality is concerned it works well and has pretty much every option needed for our court system.

What do you dislike?

Some of the link titles are too similar so there is a learning curve. It’s not always intuitive to use, something may seem like you could click it and it would go somewhere but it doesn’t.

The need to have court systems tracked digitally is met by this product

"Incode 10 is awesome"

What do you like best?

I love the customer service and the great support that is available with this product. The annual conference is a great way to network and meet other super users!

What do you dislike?

I wish that it was easier throughout the year to meet up with people who also use this product in our area.

THE STAFF is outstanding. If further assistance is needed, they make sure to obtain the additional support you need. They are very knlowledgeable and always available.

Their programmers are not at my disposal

This product is a web based product. Its very user friendly. The customer support is easy to work with an dsolce problems in a timely manner

The menus can be cumbersome. Some products need to be improved, particularly project accounting. aAnnual maintenance can be quite expensive

What do you like best?

it's user-friendly and able to have multiple modules that handle certain accounting factors such as accounts payable, payroll, human resources, accounts receivable, and project accounting.

not flexible on exporting reports and some factors only one user can be in it

What do you like best?

Good for agencies moving from legacy system to a new one.

What do you dislike?

Lots of time with set up modules. Staff transfered processes from older system instead of creating more efficient processes.
